Today I passed, as i said I would. I spent months working on this program, learning & implementing what was put in front of me. It was at times, crazy challenging. I took my exam at 4:30am this morning cause I was up from the jet lag.. You are either the person you say you are or not, do because you are, not cause you want to have.

Not many know this, but I was on the verge of suicide a few years back. The only way out is to look within, cause nobody is coming to save you.

You can’t put a price on self growth. It’s endless without a finish line, the moment you stop looking within is the moment you lose. I’ve burnt myself so many times ignoring this, so there is no perfection, there is just a road map to it.

When I have kids, they are going to learn all of what I know & more so they can create a healthy relationship with themselves. Cause all we have is the NOW.

Mate, I teared up when the email came through today. For me I can serve myself whilst serving others, no better feeling 😍.

Working with Jay Shetty has been amazing. The biggest lesson for me has been “it doesn’t matter how much you know, it’s not worth anything if you can’t implement it”

Happy 5 years in this dream boat LA…

17ish years ago, I came here wanting to be an actor fresh out of drama school (the last pic 😂) that dream faded although if I wanted to I could step into Hollywood anytime bruv 🤫 👀

I’ve honestly learnt more in these past 5 years than I have at any point in my life. This wonderful life will keep slapping you in the face until one day the slap is so hard that you have no choice but to wake up and change the pattern.

I have found so much inner peace in LA, I’ve been blessed by being surrounded by true champions, that help fuel this 🔥 that burns so fiercely within me.

This city has shown me the fiery depths of hell and some real profound light. I stand firm on the fact that my time here has turned me into the man I was always meant to be.

There isn’t an issue I know I can’t overcome (I show that to myself daily)

To all the people that have been on the journey these past 5 years … I thank you & you already know who you are.. cause if we speak or we don’t, it was all part of the process.

Happy Wedding Anniversary to you. 🐞

This one feels different. Last year we were kind of “dating” again, & you’d get overwhelmed by any label or reference to us being an “item”

I’ve fallen in love with you so many times over the past 15 years. You are that special place for me. The one that feels like home, but somehow we find ways to surprise frequently so we aren’t boring. 🌊

I was 27 & you were 24 when we said our vows. When we say them again next April, we’ll be a little older, a little wiser... but still completely, madly in love with each other.

Here’s to this irreplaceable love & friendship that keeps getting tested, yet always comes out stronger. I’m so proud to call you my wife again.

You can tell someone you love them a thousand times a day, but it’s what you do and how you show up every day that proves what’s truly important.
