Back control is my favorite position in Jiu Jitsu, it is a supremacy position where your opponent don’t have too much attacks and you have a bunch of opportunities.

One day at a time until I’m ready to return to the place where I feel most alive.

The road will be long, but the goal is clear.

I’ll be back stronger, better prepared, and more determined than ever.

OSS 🙏🏽👊🏽

Christian @christiannatividad and Jackson @jacksamuraimma putting in focused rounds here on the mats at Control PT @control_physical_therapy , staying intentional with their pace, positions, and transitions while continuing to sharpen their overall game. The small adjustments add up over time. 🔥
