I’ve had this guitar since I was maybe 15. Bill Herzog sold it to me at a ridiculously low price and I’ve beat the living cuss out of her for the last 20 years. But she plays and sounds like herself. She has her own voice. She has a big part of my soul in her… it’s home to me. It’s the purest me I’ve ever been, when we’re alone. Most probably more than any other person or thing on this earth. My hand wraps just right around the neck and I can feel the dents at the 4th and 8th frets😂 I don’t ever remember what from. She is Vera. Pretty sure she turned 50 this year🤯 taken in Anza-Borrego Desert by @jackson.love419
