Tuesday done the Team Fresh way 💦🔥🧊

A little heat, a lot of cold, and that feeling afterwards that makes it all worth it. 💪 Sauna, ice bath and a proper reset at The Secret Garden D8. 🌿

No matter what the day throws at me, this is where I come back to myself. Hot. Cold. Reset. Repeat. 💚🩷

Sunday sea swims just hit different 🌊💗
Salt water, sunshine, big laughs and my best friend by my side. No better therapy than getting into that sea and coming out feeling alive again. 🏊‍♀️☀️

Good for the body, even better for the head. ❤️

Fresh air, good company, plenty of laughs and a little bit of madness 😂
A Sunday morning spent at the beautiful Hill of Tara — clearing the head, moving the body and enjoying the simple things.

Sometimes you don’t need to have everything figured out… you just need to get up, get out and RESET. 💫 #teamfresh #happysunday #reel #💚 taken in The Hill Of Tara by @jackson3326

My kind of Saturday 🤎 Fresh air, good friends, plenty of laughs and a little Guinness to finish it off 😂🍺 Sometimes it’s the simple days with your favourite people that fill your cup the most. I needed this today more than words can explain. 🌊💗
When my head gets too loud, the sea quietens it.
I didn’t need to be strong today… I just needed to show up.
Cold water, crashing waves and a little piece of myself coming back.
This is my therapy. This is my happy place. 🏊‍♀️🌊

Back doing what makes my soul happy 🔥🧖‍♀️💦
A good sweat, a good laugh and time for me.
Sometimes you don’t need to have everything figured out — you just need to get back to the things that make you feel alive. ❤️

What a beautiful evening. 🍂🌙

So grateful to have been invited to share space at this Mabon gathering and to speak about Hapè & Sananga before holding space for those who felt called to receive.

I approach these medicines with deep respect, humility and gratitude, honouring their traditional roots and the responsibility that comes with serving them.

There is something so beautiful about witnessing people come together with open hearts and their own intentions.

Thank you for the trust. Thank you for the connection. And thank you to Babs & Geniene for creating such a special space and to Linda for your Irish stew 🫶🏻 by @jackson3326
