🌍♻️ Impact Circle was initiated as part of @bahari.network by Carolin Zeitler(@women_who_impact ) and @jackson_mmbaga__ (Mwangaza Art Foundation) collaborate with @dcmazanzibar in response to the growing plastic bottle pollution visible across Stone Town, Zanzibar.

Every day, plastic waste finds its way into our streets, beaches, and oceans, breaking down into microplastics that threaten marine life, ecosystems, and ultimately human health. With limited waste management infrastructure and low public awareness, many plastics are still burned or buried, creating even greater environmental challenges.

Impact Circle is committed to changing this reality through education, community engagement, and collective action. Together, we can transform waste into awareness, awareness into responsibility, and responsibility into lasting change.
