This painting is a tribute to my dear friend, Dr. Keith Tucker, whom I have had the honor of knowing for forty years. He was counselor at The University Of The Incarnate Word and his patience and kindness were legendary. He helped so many people throughout the years and was a beacon of hope, a devoted husband and a lover of Nature. No matter where I was or what I was doing, we always managed to stay in touch. You are very missed, my friend. #love #art #artwork #painting by @jacksonkennett

Over the past 24 hours my Wife, Marcy and I were busy rescuing five fragile lives—four baby rats and a cottontail! Many thanks to Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation (WRR) for playing a vital role in doing so! Thank you for all you do!

This is a tribute to our beloved pup, Rocco, who passed earlier today. Narrowly escaping euthanasia due to a shattered pelvis and heartworms, we were blessed with 12 years of his loving presence. He never married and preferred to eat all kinds of food (earning him the phrase “house catfish”). He will be terribly missed. #dog #animal #love #compassion #hope by @jacksonkennett
