The Game 📸 Last Friday, I had the opportunity to shoot what many called the “Best Game in the Country”. Millard South vs Westside. In front of a crowd of nearly 15,000, the two teams kept it close through the first three quarters. In the end the Warriors found their stride late in the game, pulling away to secure a 41–17 victory over the Patriots. An incredibly fun game to shoot, with an atmosphere that made it even better. Enjoy my selects from last week’s game! ‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭3‬:‭16‬ - “All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.” by @jackstephensmedia
Thank you Concordia Football 🐎📸 Concordia football was the first sport I ever took photos of, and it’s where my love for photography began. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to capture countless moments, build relationships with amazing people, and create memories that I’ll always look back on. What started as something I wanted to try after realizing playing football wasn’t the path for me quickly became so much more than just a “hobby”. It grew into a passion that gave me a new way to express myself and be apart of the game I love. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity I’ve had to stand on the sidelines for the past 3 years. I thank each and every person who has supported me throughout this journey. Here are some of my favorite photos/memories over the years! 🫶 Psalm 136:1 - “Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good. His love endures forever.” by @jackstephensmedia
Top 2, Not 2 📸 Last Tuesday, Concordia Volleyball traveled to Columbus, Nebraska, to take on undefeated, #1 ranked Bishop Neumann. The game proved to be a tough matchup for both teams, as they split the first two sets. In the end, the Mustangs came out on top, securing the victory and claiming the #1 ranking in Class C1 with a 32-2 record. Volleyball is always super fun to shoot, and getting to witness this win made the trip to Columbus well worth it. A Rough Flight 📸 Under a cold and colorful October sky, Concordia faced DC West on the road but came up short as the Falcons secured a 25-12 victory over the Mustangs. Concordia battled throughout the game, continuing to compete as the game progressed. The Mustangs put together a stronger second half performance as they looked to close the gap. But the Falcons held on to their lead, earning the win on their Senior Night. Nehemiah 8:10 — “Nehemiah said, ‘Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.’” by @jackstephensmedia
Autumn in the Rockies 🍂📸 Took a little break from sports this weekend and headed to the beautiful state of Colorado. I highly recommend visiting during the fall, as the colors are absolutely incredible with the season in full swing. I had an amazing time exploring the mountains and capturing the beauty of God’s creation. It was a refreshing change of pace and a reminder of just how much beauty there is in this world and how small we truly are in the grand scheme of it all. Enjoy my favorite selects from Estes Park and Denver, CO! Genesis 1:1 - “In the beginning God created the heavensand the earth.” by @jackstephensmedia
A Smoky Night in Fort Calhoun 📸 Last Friday, the Concordia Mustangs traveled to Fort Calhoun, Nebraska, to take on the Fort Calhoun Pioneers. After a hard fought battle from start to finish, the Pioneers came away with a 12-6 victory. With the loss, The Mustangs fall to 2-4 on the season. With multiple grills fired up to keep the concession stand running, smoke hung over the field throughout Friday night’s game in Fort Calhoun. The smoke made for some cool photos throughout the night and I’m excited to share these with you all. Enjoy some of my favorites from last Friday’s game! ‭‭Jude‬ ‭1‬:‭22‬ - “And you must show mercy to those whose faith is wavering.” by @jackstephensmedia

A Month of Mustang Volleyball 📸 Throughout the month of September, the Concordia Volleyball team has been on a roll, winning 18 straight games while continuing to climb the Class C1 rankings and establishing themselves as one of the top teams in the state. Millard Shines in Week 3 📸 Last week, Millard North and Millard South both picked up convincing victories over Creighton Prep and Elkhorn South, respectively. With strong performances on both sides of the ball, the two teams continued to make their case as top contenders in Class A. As the season moves forward, Millard North and Millard South are proving they have the talent and momentum to make a deep run. I had a lot of fun shooting these 2 games and excited to share these photos with you all. Enjoy my selects from week 3! ‭‭Judges‬ ‭18‬:‭6‬ - “Go in peace,” the priest replied. “For the LORD is watching over your journey.” by @jackstephensmedia
Week 2 at Buell 📸 Bennington picked up its second Class A victory of the season, defeating Millard West 30-10 on Thursday, September 3, 2026, in Omaha, Nebraska. The Badgers’ defense was dominant throughout the night, holding the Wildcats to just 10 points while recording two interceptions. On top of that, Millard South defeated out-of-state opponent Lee’s Summit North 24-14 on Friday, September 4, 2026. The Patriots improve to 2-0 on the season and continue their pursuit of a third straight Class A state championship, with quarterback Trae Taylor leading the way in the victory. Sun and Moon 📸 Week 1 of high school football kicks off with Concordia rolling through Raymond Central 34-13, starting their season 1-0. I had a lot of fun shooting this week as fall sports are finally starting up again, especially with the beautiful lighting and the lunar eclipse. It was great to be out there shooting again, expect a lot of great things to come from this fall season!
