If you want to gain more muscle mass add Ground Beef to your diet. 🐄

Grass Fed Ground Beef (GFGB™️) is one of the most nutritious foods you can eat. Packed with protein and healthy fats, you can add GFGB to almost any side dish and it is delicious!

The fact that some “experts” try to discredit the nutritional value of a cow that just roamed around and ate grass its entire life is ludicrous.

Adding more whole food proteins and progressive overload in your lifting is a recipe for success when trying to gain muscle.

(I also eat chicken all the time but had to quote the legendary @caneprotein )
