I don't know if I ever posted this to my insta it's definitely on my FB when it happened. However I looked over this afternoon and saw it and it got me thinking. This it's the bike helmet after my bad accident December 2022 (second last pic was me in the hospital after it happened I was lucky really) I kept it as a reminder of

1 that life is short and it's better to live it now than put it off for a tomorrow you may never get.

2 choices have consequences because without me choosing to wear that helmet my brains would of been all over the road rather than just bashed and battered.

And 3 the constant joke of you can't kill me life has tried and failed multiple times.

Though the reprocussions of that accident doctors reckon are likely the cause of my health issues still can't be certain till I get the tests and have been waiting over a year and still don't even have an appointment. However without that accident and without a mate only 6 months older than me passing that same year wally would never of happened and I think that's an important thing to consider, something that's become a huge source of my happiness and I hope a source of others happiness or at least amusement came in large part from 2 really shit events, so never let the bad times weigh on you for too long because you never know it could be the start of the next great chapter of your life or least cause you to become a massive wally 😂 be happy people it's alot more fun than being unhappy and if life is treating you shit remember tomorrow you get to start again, try again, maybe try something new or different and hopefully it will be better than yesterday and hopefully the days continue to get better and better. by @jackthaginger

I do adore when my max BPM is 174 it is literally dnb straight in the veins. I love seeing the stats after a rave somehow makes the insanity I pull off seem more real to me also today was a super chill day compared to the last 4 😂 by @jackthaginger
