Back to Infinity Trail! 🌿🚵‍♀️

It’s been a while since we rode at Ross Prairie, so it was great to get back out there today! A great ride through the woods, soaking up the trails and enjoying every twist and turn. 🌲🤘

Short day, but a good one! 💪🌿 Started with a 4-mile walk, then Alberto and I headed out to the woods at Santos for almost 5 miles on the mountain bike. 🚵‍♀️🌲 Fresh air, good company, and a couple of workouts to kick off the day. Just the way I like it! 🤘☀️ by @jacky_mcdaniel

🌧️🚵‍♀️ 🚵‍♂️Rain didn’t stop Alberto and me today!

We hit the trails at Silver Springs Forest Conservation Area, and it didn’t take long to see just how much rain we’ve had over the last few days. The woods were practically turning into wetlands, and the box culverts were at capacity! 🌲💦

But honestly… that’s part of the fun. 😎

Rain, mud, puddles, wet lime rock, and plenty of adventure. That’s what mountain biking is all about. You don’t wait for perfect weather, you ride anyway. 💪🚵‍♀️🚵‍♂️🌧 taken in Silver Springs Forest Conser by @jacky_mcdaniel

Ross Prairie today! 🌿🚵‍♀️ We hit ERN and Burn and Infinity for 6.45 miles, and it was a great ride. The weather is finally cooling down a little, making it a bit easier to get out and ride. 😅 Such a beautiful day to be out on the trails. 💕🚵‍♀️ taken in Ross Prairie Trailhead by @jacky_mcdaniel

Crescent Beach was a good find today! 🌊☀️

Brutal. Hard. Humid. 🥵
All those hills and turns make for a tough ride, but we LOVE it! ❤️

TGIF, everyone! ☀️🌊

On this beautiful Friday, we headed to Ormond Beach. The water was almost 80°, we walked a couple miles along the beach, and had lunch at my favorite, Wild Rabbit Bistro. 🐰❤️

The red flag was up for high hazard, so it was nice knowing I had my own personal lifeguard with me! 😂 We dipped in the water, and it was so much fun!
