I have grown a deeper understanding of the importance of who do we have in our proximity.

In times of going through a trial by fire are you surrounded by people who tear you apart, down, mislead you OR are you surrounded by people who will cover you with the word of God, rebuke the noise, be prayer warriors and pour in unconditional love.

I am grateful for God blessing me with God sent faith centered sisterhoods such as this beautiful soul. May her message be a blessing for you as it has been for me.

🥂 Uncorking Potential | Vino Ghivino, Tampa Bay

Over the past couple of months, I’ve been intentional about showing up in rooms that inspire growth, encourage meaningful connections, and remind me that there is always another level to reach.

Tonight’s Uncorking Potential women’s meetup @vg21wine was a beautiful reminder that growth isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes, it’s about connecting with the right people, exchanging perspectives, embracing new opportunities, and giving yourself permission to evolve.

As women, we spend so much time pouring into others. It’s just as important to pour into ourselves. ❤️ @jamie_vg21wine

Life is not a race to be won.

Life is a journey we embark on …to build, to create and to cultivate:
our inner peace, ourselves, our family, our work and our legacy. Along the way we gain knowledge nuggets that help us serve others so that what we do in this life lives beyond us.

Most people I know are waiting for the “right time”…. There isn’t one.

(Thank you @risewithahyssa for being a mentor and a friend. Thank you for how you have called me out to call me up with love and clarity.)

Time after time God has shown me patience, direction, clarity, discernment, mercy, faithfulness, forgiveness, and opportunities

(Thank you Nikki for nourishing the ladies with delicious yummies from @boardsnbites.co during Foundations class)

And yet….I have talked myself up and out of my grand vivid vision a numerous of times. I have hit reset, pivoted and rebuilt the plans, ideas and dreams I have felt called to

I am learning… “the greatest gift you can give someone… is to invite them to share in a dream”

today was everything i hoped it would be 🦋

this event was never about just one thing, wellness isn’t just movement, or just what you eat, it’s all of it working together. i’ve felt that in my own body, and i’ve watched people close to me struggle with gut issues, hormones, and never quite getting real answers. that’s exactly why this one meant so much to me

that’s what led me to @ascendfunctionalhealth in the first place, and honestly the vibe and what they stand for just felt right, so this event was born

there’s no one size fits all here. today was about sitting down, actually talking, asking questions, getting real answers, and connecting with women who get it. I wanted to create a space that felt intentional and safe, big or small, where you walk in feeling good and leave feeling even better

meeting so many new girls today in such an intimate setting hit different, this is the kind of event i want to keep doing

huge thank you to @ascendfunctionalhealth and @dr.alessi for the space, @ericanicolefit for leading movement and nutrition, @creising25 for stress relief and sleep, @courtneys_kitchen2 for the snacks, and @jackyholinka for keeping us hydrated

One month into our relationship I wrote this prayer on Rich’s dry erase board in 2022.

Recently during service at @weareradiant I heard the pastor say “prayers don’t expire”.

To this day, almost 4 years later….that prayer remains on his board.

At the time that I wrote it, we were in the “get to know you” phase. I have seen how God has moved over these years. I am grateful for written words expressed as reminders from then for NOW.
