諗起自己由3月開始收到invitation，到之後一路準備，自己改咗好耐裙（就係呢條🙂），請假嘅時候要說服到大家呢件事係legit（說服埋自己），揾好多資料，不停問啲參加過嘅人
（仲有就係大家好緊張我自己一個人過嚟🤣)

轉機，美國簽證⋯⋯
或者到埗發現香港買嘅sim card唔work，房東只收現金但我冇現金，信用卡用唔到etc

但係我地都做到喇🥰!

A challenge that made me who I am is navigating the balance between my own energy and the call to ‘keep going.’ Just 2 days ago, on my birthday, our schedule was intensely tight, and I had to make a choice about joining MAPI’s voluntary relief work. I chose to go, guided by my belief that we should give back when we can.

In that moment of commitment, I came to a profound understanding: true strength isn’t about having boundless energy, but about wise stewardship of the energy we have. It’s the wisdom to know when to step forward in service, and when to step back to recharge.

Today’s workshop has been vital, helping me see this not as a daily conflict, but as a continuous practice of self-awareness and purposeful action.
