Things this work trip reminded me of… 🤍 You have more control over how much you let work affect you than you realize. Your job matters, your goals matter, and working hard matters — but so do boundaries, balance, and protecting your peace. I’m realizing just how happy I am with the life I’ve built and the family I get to come home to. Leaving them for this trip was harder than it’s ever been, and I think that says a lot about where my heart is right now. 🥹 Work will always be important, but the life you’re working so hard for deserves your time, too. ✨ by @jaclynfry

Which one looks “better”? The picture on the left is me. The picture on the right is also me—just edited to look about 20 pounds heavier. And honestly, that’s exactly why body dysmorphia can be so difficult. I can be completely aware that I’m healthy, strong and capable, and still have days where I look in the mirror and feel like I look completely different than I actually do. Sometimes the hardest part isn’t my body. It’s the way my brain interprets my body. I’m learning that I don’t have to believe every thought I have about myself. I don’t have to constantly chase a smaller version of me or wait until I reach a certain weight to feel good enough. Neither body determines my worth. Maybe the goal isn’t loving every inch of my body every single day. Maybe it’s learning to live in it without constantly judging it. And I’m still learning how to do that. 🤍 #learningtolovemyself #youreworthit #yourebeautiful by @jaclynfry

Growth isn’t about being perfect. It’s about learning from mistakes, giving yourself grace, and continuing to become a better version of yourself. Progress may not always be obvious, but every step forward matters. 🤍✨ by @jaclynfry
He took me hunting for the first time and somehow turned it into an 18K-step date 😂🏹🥾🌲 Wouldn’t want to be out there with anyone else. 🤎 #daydate #hunting #mountains by @jaclynfry
