Thank you @torontolife for sharing our story & our Sicilian Wedding Celebration!🤍

Our story started in 2008, none of us knew what would become of a summer romance between a Sicilian boy and a Canadian girl. It may sound strange to a lot of people, but getting married after 15 years together felt like the perfect time.

I’m grateful & honoured to receive a nomination for the Women Empowerment Awards Businesswoman of the Year Award. This award recognizes an individual who has shown dedication in achieving phenomenal success in business and continues to drive her business forward while fostering and encouraging female entrepreneurship.

Being acknowledged alongside other remarkable women in our community is truly humbling, and the recognition alone is a reward in itself.

Congratulations to my fellow nominees!

Thank you @womenempowermentawards, @rogers & @mantellacorporation for providing a platform for the recognition of women!

Halloween 2026. Alvin and Dead Doll 👻🎃🧟‍♀️ by @jacnicosia

Recognized in the MICHELIN Guide for the 5th consecutive year!

Five years is not luck. Five years is discipline, repeated.
The cooks who hold the same standard on plate one and plate four hundred. The servers who remember your anniversary. The bartenders who close the room and reset it for tomorrow. Consistency is the hardest thing in this business, because it has to be earned again today, and again tomorrow.

Our team has earned it over 10+ year and running.
Thank you to the MICHELIN Guide inspectors, and to every guest who has sat at our tables since day one.

To our team, who holds all of it together every night: this is yours! 🥂

Ardo. Sicilian, always. by @jacnicosia

Bar Ardo has been recognized in the MICHELIN Guide for the first time!

Bar Ardo is not a cocktail bar with food. It’s a room built out of over fifteen years of travelling together — the markets, the trattorias, the back-street bars, the meals we couldn’t stop talking about on the flight home. Everywhere we went taught us something. Sicily is where we put it. On the plate and in the glass, with equal care.

To the team who brought all of that into one room and holds it there, night after night: this recognition is yours.

Anno uno. 🍸

The 2026 Toronto Michelin Guide is officially here, and @bar.ardo is now a Michelin Recommended restaurant! ✨

And honestly, I can’t say I’m surprised.

I visited Bar ARDO earlier this year and it quickly became one of my favourite meals of 2026. From the food to the overall experience, there was a lot to love, but that burger was definitely the standout for me. 🍔🔥

If you haven’t made your way over yet, consider this your sign to add it to your list.

Congrats, Bar ARDO! 👏 | 📸 @burgersto #burgersTO by @jacnicosia

An amazing weekend in Kingston for Fall @corkkingston! I think about his first time here as the solo green Opti sailor to where he is now. Sailing has gifted both of us with incredible friends & memories!
