The china grocery shop in 📍Agua Amarga 🇪🇸 during @badlandscc.

If I remember correctly, I inhaled 3 muffins, a bottle or two of energy drink mix & a couple of cokes before heading to a cafe for a coffee and much need poop.

I didn’t know this climb existed until friends told us about it whilst having pizza at @petitetomatepizza on a Tuesday evening in Arreau. 🍕🚲

That’s what I like about bike riding. Meeting local people sharing their favourite routes and climbs. Thanks to @safialise for this recommendation 👌🏔️

Asking around whilst we travel has always paid off. Especially to avoid local tourist traps. 🪤

This feeling, endless descending. Your best friend, doing the same thing & living life on the edge in lycra and only a tiny plastic helmet that you put so much trust in… only to look like two idiots with domes on our heads 😂

Wondering what the glamorous hotels in ultra bike packing look like? 🌌

We first there’s the sunset, quite a unique feature...
Then you make your own bed where you want. It’s free, another great feature.

After very little sleep & star gazing you get to breakfast, that’s also generally free.. Well the water is ;) if you in Spain.
Then the reward of a beautiful sunrise & many laughs and giggles with your best friend about the previous day/nights adventures.

Simple, bivy bag, blow up mattress & a warm jacket or fleece does the trick for the night. ✔️👌
