Really nice getting this off my chest and writing it out again. In fact I felt so accomplished writing it that I decided to make a post about it too. I feel vulnerable sharing this story - sharing my viewpoint of what happened to me after starting my dream job, how I lost it, the fallout and I don’t know yet how I can mitigate this life-in-a-fishbowl, all eyes on me feeling I’m earning here. But I have written the truth and I trust in myself to share it now - proudly.

I skipped A LOT of details here too people! Like all the retaliation from Corewell como the burglary my former employer ‘Butterworth Hospital’ actually arranged for me in collaboration with my rental company ‘Access Property Management’. No time to write about the failures from management and education I experience at my following two jobs in Grand Rapids at Mary Free Bed and Trinity Health GR. No time to write about Convergence Night or about my thoughts on somehow ending Paging Doctor Chels for everyone in Feb 2024 and what that means to me; and nothing to share yet on the fact my career goals like being a flight nurse and getting my MSN from WMU are still very attainable!

God bless and please be safe! by @jacobalvarezrn

Time for me to spend my free time revolutionizing my mindset! The things these women of color had to endure is always an inspiration and a reminder to what the profession is still refusing to acknowledge and dismantle. by @jacobalvarezrn
