What an incredible experience with @adambrawer @nohahaha0 and the team at the #brokeropen for this stunning home at 10066 Celio Drive.

When I say experience, I truly mean just that. A cleansing sage while you enter, an organic elixir to revitalize, and views that you can truly only pay for.

These are only a few of the forty-nine million reasons to make this Full House your home. taken in Beverly Hills, California by @jacobdsaylor

Sometimes it’s the hundredth 🏡

And sometimes it’s the first!!

@abihamad and I met this Summer at a close friend’s poolside gathering. The music was amazing, the ☀️ was bright and the vibes were high 😃

A few weeks later we had ☕️ and she mentioned the idea of Topanga for her next home.

After listening to the type of space she wanted, a tree 🌲 house 🏠 surrounded by nature…I sent her this home first. I had toured this home previously with other clients, and knew the ins and outs.

I was away the first time she toured, less than two weeks after it was listed. I like to say “real estate’s a game of speed chess ♟️.” When you’re decisive and fast 💨 you generally win 🏆

She dreamt about the home. Yet didn’t want to be impulsive and buy the first property she saw. And so we toured some others over the next couple weeks. But she kept coming back to this one. It held a grip on her.

Unfortunately the home went under contract in that time, and so we wrote a competitive backup offer while exploring other options.

And while we waited, prayed for a miracle, and took steps in the direction of that miracle…the universe responded.

Sometimes the home picks its owner 😉

And that’s just what happened here! The first Escrow fell apart, and we swooped right into the arms of victory 🕺

Inspections were smooth, things were headed towards close, and I took a brief hiatus to Burning Man 🏜️

While I was away, a few hurdles presented themselves. Hurdles not on our side of the equation. I won’t get into the particulars, yet there was one hell of a hurdle to overcome.

Thankfully, I had @jesses_livinthedream holding down the fort. And an incredible lender on our side @jacobdsaylor 🙏

The moment I returned, within about 48 hours, everything was resolved!

And we are now closed!!

A major thank you to @alisonturnerestates for helping steer this escrow to close 🙏🙌

@abihamad now has her very own tree home 🏡 in the heart of my beloved Topanga Canyon! The seller was able to close on her new home as well!

And everybody wins 🎉

Sometimes, all it takes is the first home!
