kicked off the album tour in LA last night. When we started making music we never would’ve believed that one day we get to take it overseas and play to a room full of people singing our songs back at us. We’re in San Francisco tonight @rickshawstop , on at 10pm 👊

My pre-show routine:

1. Relax, spend some time in nature
2. Stretch
3. Deliver inspiring team-talk
4. Cramp up immediately
5. Try to remember how to play new song High Tones

@wearecassia 2nd album is out TONIGHT at midnight. Spent 2 years on this in Berlin and went crazy making it with the boys and our team. Seriously proud of it! It’s very open so kind of scary to know it’s coming out... If you get a minute (or 40ish) check it out and let us know what you think! Means a lot!! taken in Macclesfield Town Centre by @jacobleff
