On mission, in every season. Proclaim, Contend, Commune📜 by @jacoblongcrier_

What if I told you there is a party happening that Jesus wants you to be a part of, and the only prerequisite is to be a son?

Well, that’s the fact.

“Self-gratification tells us that something outside of the Father will satisfy us. Self-doubt tells us there’s no way He could still love us, even though He knows everything about us. Self-righteousness tells us that we have it all figured out and that we have to work for God’s love rather than receive it.

But on the other side of all those things, there is an immense party that Jesus wants you to be a part of, where you are embraced as a son.” @micahgthornton

You don’t have to earn your way into the Father’s love. You receive it.

I’ve been partying with Jesus for a while now, and I can tell you, the party is awesome. Receive the Father’s love + Accept the invitation to be His son and come be a part of the party.

“Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭24‬ by @jacoblongcrier_

Some things Jacob said this week can’t fit into one clip. Pulled a few of the moments that stopped me cold while we were filming.

Full episode is up on YouTube. This is just a piece of it.

Everyone has a why. by @jacoblongcrier_

Jacob opens this episode at the lowest point of his life, the night he considered ending it. He says he looked down, saw a cross, and heard three words: come as you are.

That’s where his story actually starts.

The “Move Of God” can’t be fully captured in a photo or video. If there was a phrase to describe this summer it’s a RADICAL “MOVE OF GOD”. Each slide is a testimony of True friendship, Family, declaration of Jesus moving through baptism, Evangelistic Revival, Gods Creation, His Favor, a WORSHIPPER of King Jesus, and a HOUSE OF WORSHIP.

“How lovely is your dwelling place, O Lord of hosts!”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭84‬:‭1‬ ‭‬‬ by @jacoblongcrier_

“This is the Lord’s doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭118‬:‭23‬ ‭✝️ Jesus blows us away, this all started with an idea the lord gave us and saying yes immediately, then months later the lord orchestrated “rooted rest”. Huge thank you to everyone who was apart of making this happen we love you!! by @jacoblongcrier_

die to self, a life long process of laying your desires down for Christ to come and replace them with his. Forever I’m yours JESUS. Best decision I’ve ever made is to whole heartedly follow you. So encouraged by my awesome friends and their zeal for the lord.

“And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.””
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭6‬:‭8‬ ‭
