🎵 This is such a simple but strong theme. If you haven’t watched About Time I really recommend it - but for me, it’s tough to watch. I spend much time (maybe too much) reflecting on the time that has passed and keep passing every moment. And especially now when we have our baby boy, everything goes so fast!

Do you reflect on time or just live in the moment? 🎵 by @jacobs.piano

🎵 This October, my video 4 Beautiful Soundtracks has its 10-year anniversary. It was just a random thought and experiment to release this video when I had only made YouTube videos for a few years, but it has had such a huge impact. Both for me and my music career but also for so many listeners out there. It has now been viewed more than 150,000,000 times on YouTube. Probably one of the most watched piano videos on YouTube ever.

To celebrate 10 years with this video, I’m currently revisiting all the four pieces and recording them on my acoustic piano. I’m playing the exact same versions as the original to make the new recording true to the original ones. The full videos will be released on YouTube to October, but for the next weeks you’ll get a sneak peak here on Instagram.

Most of you are probably one of the 150 million viewers. And if you are not, then still at huge thanks for being here and supporting my work 🙏🙏🙏 by @jacobs.piano

🎵 My new piece Beginnings is now on YouTube! I’m so happy to finally share this third and final piece on my new EP which will release for streaming in a week (July 24).

This piece is called Beginnings as Bolette and I feel like we’ve started a completely new life. The past year we’ve both lost our first son and had a little brother who’s growing fast and healthy. We also moved into our first house, so in many ways a completely new chapter in the journey of life has started.

What has not changed is my passion for creating piano music and my gratitude for all of you out there who has consistently supported my work over the years!

Thanks! Jacob by @jacobs.piano

🎵 My new piece Reflections is coming for YouTube on Sunday! You’ll have to wait a little longer for it on the streaming platforms as I’m releasing it on a three piece album in a month or two 😊

Me and Bolette has been through a lot the past year. A year ago we just lost our Oscar a week after birth and now a year later we sit in our new dream house with our little Mathias who’s already a big boy on 8 weeks.

I’m thinking a lot about everything we’ve experienced and therefore this new piece is called Reflections.

I have not been able to work as much as want the past year, but your amazing support hasn’t changed. Thanks! 🙏🙏

Here’s a little section from one of my new original pieces (it doesn’t have a title yet).

It’s been a while since I’ve posted here, but I’ve simply been busy working on new projects. I’m currently writing three new original pieces to be released simultaneously later this spring 🎵

And then I’ve been surprisingly busy working on our new house - being a home owner takes some time, and I have to learn that some projects can wait 😅

Thanks for keeping listening! 🙏🙏 by @jacobs.piano
