& on August 27th, 2026, our family grew by 8lbs, 12 oz - Jagger Hayes Andrews officially made us a family of 3.

Respectfully - don’t put me in your box. 💅🏼

While the body doing the work may not be one i recognize anymore, I’m SO grateful to still be stacking miles, lifting weights, and moving my body daily. Some days we have to pivot, but overall, we’re still doing what we’ve been doing - just now while creating life. & how insane is that???

50k trail race. 5:56:32. 4th place overall female. 17th place overall. 27 weeks pregnant. 🤭

Our boy officially completed his third ultramarathon the other weekend, one in every trimester (!!!!)

100 miles —> 78 miles —> 31.5 miles.

To God be ALL the glory.

I think @justmissamanda said it best when she wrote this -

“There is a quiet strength in the body of a mother. There is sacrifice in her existence, yet power that ignites inside as she floats in a system that is building two worlds at once. Inside me, the body is rewriting a new story.

The heart works harder now, each beat pushing more volume, each mile asking more than before, all to serve two athletes at once…The miles may be slower, the breathing more labored, but this body is not weaker, its just found new power.

There is so much humility here. Because for the first time, my body is not only mine. It’s also my son’s.

The meaning behind these miles is so much deeper than before. One day these miles will be shared, small feet beside my own, tiny hands clapping at the finish line, and a fresh new mind asking why we do hard things.

This is motherhood.“

24 hours. (Okay, more like 20 because the nap ended up a lot longer than intended 😂) 77 miles. 2nd place overall female, 5th place overall. 14 weeks pregnant. 🤭

To God be ALL the glory.

Baby Andrews ran their second (official) ultra this weekend! We are so excited for our little running buddy coming August 2026. 🥹

I’m incredibly grateful for the best support team in the world - Mum & Greg, who selflessly crewed and put my needs first all weekend; a partner who always shows up and who trusts me to care for our babe, even in the more “extreme” circumstances 😅; and a coach who guided me to trust my body amidst all the changes and reminded me I’m still the athlete I’ve always been.

I used to view pregnancy as a sacrifice - a season where I would take a backseat. I’m so grateful to the mama athletes who rewired my brain and showed me it’s not a reason to stop showing up for yourself, but the biggest reason to.

Training with the little parasite has been one of the hardest things, but also one of the most beautiful. My “why” has never been clearer.

And if there’s anything I can hope to impart to our nugget one day, it’s to live boldly & to never impose limits on themselves. ❤️‍🔥 taken in 7IL Ranch by @jacqgammon

100 miles. 21 hours & 36 minutes. 1st place in age group. 5th overall female. 25th overall (out of 232!!!) To God be all the glory 🥹

You feel a lot of things when you run that far, but the most overwhelming feeling of all was Gratitude.

Gratitude for a body that moves.

Gratitude for the delusion that I could run 100 miles after only signing up a month prior.

Gratitude for the crew surrounding me - I truly couldn’t have done it without my mum, Greg, and Cam. Thank you guys for sacrificing your weekend and your sleep schedule to keep me running in a circle. You guys kept me grounded, smiling, & focused on the big picture.

Gratitude for my girls cheering me on from afar, keeping me hyped up.

Gratitude for my boy checking in every loop, making sure I was staying strong.

People think running is a solo sport, but the farther you go, the more you realize it’s all about the community around you.

We find our strength in darkness. Not because of our own power, but through the acceptance that we can’t do it alone.

Through God, family, and the friends that are family, we’re able to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Resilience is a practice - keep going.

Just some low landers looking to catch some altitude ⛰️

Ripped our first 14er, scaled the sides of mountains, kayaked on alpine lakes, pet starfish, danced through wildflower meadows, cheered on the Salmon, recreated scenes from Twilight, & drank a lot of good coffee. May i never take for granted these adventures with two of my favorite people 🥾❤️‍🔥🍁☕️✨
