What’s it like working with first-time homebuyers in NYC? 👀😂

Basically… I explain the things no one tells you before you start looking - and my strength is I do it with the kindness of a Disney princess, the humor of a stand up comedian and the strategic knowledge of a former CPA 😂

(fun fact I AM a former CPA and stand up comedian lol) 🤫

I answer questions like:
- How much you actually need to buy.
- Co-op vs. condo.
- Down payment + closing costs.
- What’s a board package
- Monthly maintenance and taxes.
- What your budget really gets you in different neighborhoods.
- What do you mean financial statement?!?😂
