I need a little motivation from time to time and came across this video. I’ve been bulking and kinda bsing tbh the last few months. Def haven’t been as dedicated as I was at one point. This is why it’s important for me to always take pics and videos when I’m in great shape. Looking back always puts me back where I need to be mentally. I remember what it took to get there, so I know how to get back and how much harder I need to push to get better. Haven’t got on stage and competed in some time now, but I promise I’m not done. There is still more for me to achieve in this thing I love called bodybuilding! Unfinished business for sure. I’ve still got a lot to prove to myself. As the great Kobe Bryant said “what’s there to be happy about, jobs not finished” 💯💪🏽🏋🏽‍♂️ #naturalbodybuilding #unfinishedbusiness🔥 #motivation #fitandtatted by @jacquew3

I’ve gotten so many DMs it’s been a bit hard to keep up. I appreciate everyone that reached out and gave their prayers and condolences. For those that knew MomMom and/or would like to pay their respects..this is the information for her service. Thanks again for everything 🙏🏽 by @jacquew3

I wanna give a huge shoutout to my client Jeff for selling his current home and buying a new one!!! Man, I can’t lie this was one of the toughest deals I’ve had so far. We ran into quite a few hurdles but we were still able to get it done and seeing the happiness in Jeff’s face today was simply amazing! That happiness I saw today is my favorite part of doing what I do! He was not very optimistic, the deal almost apart a few times but luckily with the help of God and my guy @juniordep326 over at Movement Mortgage we got to the finish line. I can’t thank @juniordep326 enough! What a great lender! He was with us every step of the way! So many conversations and brainstorming done behind the scenes. I very much appreciate you and all of your help! This wouldn’t have happened without you!

Jeffrey it was my pleasure being your agent! I very much appreciate your business and you as a person. I’m thrilled with the relationship we’ve built over this time period. I can’t wait to see what you guys do with the house and I’m so looking forward to having that dinner with you guys in your beautiful new home. Many many congrats again!! We did it man! You did it! Enjoy it and soak in every bit of this day! You doubted! Lol we did everything within our power to get you this home and I’m so glad it all worked out! You deserve it!!!

Thank you to everyone that came to celebrate MomMoms 100th birthday yesterday! It was amazing seeing everyone! MomMom had so much fun and she was so surprised! You guys all made her feel so special. She won’t stop talking about yesterday! Lol thank you all for being apart of her special day. I don’t have all of the pictures and videos so please don’t feel slighted if your not in this montage but know that you are very very much appreciated and I love you all so much. MomMom we all love you so much! HAPPY 100th birthday!!!! 💯❤️🎂🎁🎊🎉🍾 by @jacquew3

Thank you to everyone for the many many birthday wishes! I haven’t got a chance to thank everyone yet but know that I saw them all and I’m truly grateful! God has blessed me with another year and I won’t take it for granted. 33yrs old. Getting older, wiser, and better looking, if I do say so myself! Lol thank you to everyone that made this bday special. I had an AMAZING bday weekend!!! Love all of you and thank you for showing me love. I appreciate all of you!!! 💙🙏🏽 by @jacquew3

I met Maegan in 2021 when she was moving to Philly after living in Brooklyn for 10 years. I helped her rent a beautiful luxury bi-level apartment with a roof deck that had all the bells and whistles. A few months prior to her lease ending she called me to help her purchase a home. We began the process and were under contract after the first three showings! Everything went smoothly and with the help of Mike Rosman @mrosman1 from Univest we were able to close in 30 days!

Maegan was an absolute pleasure to work with! I look forward to continuing to grow our friendship and helping her with any real estate business she needs in the future. Congratulations again Maegan!

Doing some volunteer work today w/ the team. I’m glad to be able to help out. Volunteering and giving back is something I’ve always felt gratification from. It’s been a while but def something that my mom tried to install in me as a child. I remember going places to volunteer and giving old toys and clothes and away to those less fortunate. Definitely something I want to do more often nowadays. And this experience today def sparked that in me. I hope you guys take time to give back and do things for ppl less fortunate than you. Be a positive light in someone’s life. There is not enough love and too much hate, jealousy, and selfishness in the world today, especially in this city we call home. by @jacquew3
