Learning Game Development using #godotengine

I want to stay busy so I'm learning as many skills as I can.

Princess Knight, is what I'm calling this game.

As A Woman in Coding👩‍💻

Things I wish I knew As A Beginner ✨Coder✨

1. Learn and Apply. Don't wait to finish the course, even applying a 30 min lesson into a project helps you understand.

2. Don't force yourself to know every programming language. Choose a language, master it and make sure to do projects even smaller ones. Same goes for frameworks.

3. Find a community. Join a community that will empower you, I recommend #rewritethecode for the girlies.

4. Github is your new bestfriend

5. Know your sites! If you have a questions on your code go to https://stackoverflow.com , if you want to learn coding you have #w3schools , #geeksforgeeks , #freecodecamp .

6. You can't be a Pro in months, even pros still feel like beginners because the world of tech changes. Your learning environment is different for everyone.

I live in a country were tech is not a big thing as other countries so opportunities are slim to non. Even though I got my degree I felt like I haven't achieved much but I always remember about this course. If you can't get a job, create one.❤️

🌿 Milestone unlocked: #Canva Essentials complete!

A few days ago, I decided to stop waiting for the "perfect time" and simply start learning.

Today, I completed the Canva Essentials course and earned my certificate! 🎉

This is just the beginning of my creative journey. I'll be documenting everything I learn—from Canva and coding to crochet and cozy games—as I continue to grow one step at a time.

Every expert was once a beginner, and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me.
