“Let the beauty of what you love, shine through what you do.”

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The beauty is in the journey. It’s in building the self discipline, the self confidence, the mental toughness. It’s in choosing yourself over and over again and never giving up.

It’s been a long time since I’ve posted my transformation and this is me taking a second to stop and smell the roses. To be proud of myself for the life, the passion, and the career I’ve built by deciding to want better and to want more. I get so caught up in my chapter 20, that I forget my chapter 1.

You wake up one day and decide to start and then it’s one step in front of the other every single day. One day you will find yourself looking back realizing you are a completely different person than the person that got started. The journey will change your life if you let it.

I wish I took more photos from my true starting point in 2016 but this is all I have. Take the damn photos. 🤍 taken in Amped Fitness by @jacquischilling

AMPED AWARDS 2024 ✨🖤

Accepting “The Sun” award last night is very ironic to me because there are so many people in this company who were my sun when my world was feeling very dark. I’ll never forget how my world flipped upside down a few years ago and these people never let me fall. They lifted me up, gave me a space to reinvent myself, to be myself and blossom back into the person I was always meant to be. The environment you keep and the people in your inner circle have the ability to either make or break you. The only reason I can shine so bright now, is because they brought the light back out of me and forced me to see it myself.

It’s crazy to look back and see how much you’ve changed, how much you’ve grown, and how far you’ve come. I will forever be grateful to these people for always cheering me on while I was learning how to cheer myself. 🖤

EDIT 2026:
Chapters close, but the growth stays.
I’ll always honor who I was in this season, it all led me here. 🖤 taken in Amped Fitness by @jacquischilling

Moved to South Florida 3 years ago and its finally starting to feel like home. It’s crazy to look back and see just how much can change. The people, the places, the priorities, the direction.

Start over as many times as you need to until the life you’re living finally feels like yours. ☀️ taken in Miami, Florida by @jacquischilling

I’ve lived in a hundred different bodies to build this one, and I’ll probably live in a hundred more. You only get one home. Make it a healthy one. 🤍 taken in Delray Beach, Florida by @jacquischilling

My 20s taught me resilience.
They taught me boundaries.
They taught me that love without peace isn’t love I want to hold onto.
They taught me that the hardest decisions often become the ones you’re most grateful you made.

I’m grateful for every version of me that had to exist so this one could.

I’m walking into my 30s as someone who chooses peace, happiness, honesty, and alignment. And that is all 20 year old me could’ve asked for. 🤍 by @jacquischilling

2025 was for stepping out of overdrive, regulating my nervous system, nourishing what nourishes me and letting go of what doesn’t.

I’m ending this year more calm, more clear, and more aligned.
For me, that’s growth. 🌱 by @jacquischilling
