Bye Cade Way 👋🏡💛

You were our first little Melbourne home. I know it might seem silly to feel so attached but for a couple of years there at the start we spent a lot of days inside this place. I don’t think I’ll ever know a home quite as well as I know this one. Hard to tell where the trauma bonding ends and the love begins. When we first moved in we had nothing but a blow up mattress, an esky and Rosie’s crate. Our stuff was stuck on the train because the tracks had melted.

This house saw us married, saw laughter, saw dancing. Saw neighbours that became friends, lots of excellent meals and even more dog hair.
