This year didn’t look how I thought it would. At 21, I graduated and stepped into real estate full time with more faith than certainty. There were days I felt ahead, days I felt behind, and many moments where I questioned myself but kept moving anyway. Long drives, late nights, uncomfortable conversations, mistakes I had to own, and adding over 25,000 miles on my car just chasing the next opportunity. Family and friends support grounded me, and the people who trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives gave this year meaning beyond money.

Somewhere in the middle of all that, progress started to show. Over $3M+ in closed volume this year, a reflection of the work, the learning, and the people who took a chance on me. That growth also pushed me into ownership, stepping into an Airbnb and currently working on my first flip.

This year set the foundation…

From Texas to Michigan.

Buying a home is stressful enough. Doing it from another state without ever stepping foot in the property is a whole different challenge.

Sherri and her family trusted me to be their eyes, ears, and boots on the ground throughout the entire process. From builder negotiations to local recommendations and everything in between, we made it happen.

Grateful for the trust and even more grateful for clients who become friends along the way.

Thank you for the kind words, Sherri. It was an honor helping your family make Michigan home. taken in Grand Rapids, Michigan by @jad.sells

Bought it.
Renovated it.
Brought it back to life.

My flip at 1844 Willard Ave is officially under contract in under 24 hours for $10k over asking price.

Seeing a property given a second chance and appreciated again makes the entire process worth it. 🏡
