Not the ending I wanted this year. I suffered a concussion during my semifinal match at states and couldn’t finish. Standing on the podium placing lower than what I worked so hard for was one of the toughest moments but I learned that, that state title doesn’t define me as a wrestler and I’m grateful to be a 3x state placer.

I trust that God has bigger plans for me, and I have nothing but love and respect to the girl I wrestled and to all of my opponents.🫶🫶

Thank you to Gwynn Park High School for the opportunity to represent the school my senior year, and thank you to my family, Friends, My partners from Wolfpack, and Coaches who supported me along the way.💜💜💜

Resilience is the magic word!
She took an “L” on day 1 during QuarterFinals but on the next day…
She was undefeated in all 4 matches and placed 3rd.
You can’t win em all but don’t give up!
She fought hard til the very end.💪🏽🤼‍♀️
