POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I usually don’t make posts like this but lately I have had a deeper hunger for God and His righteousness.

For the month of November I decided to re- read the book of Matthew. I have read Matthew as well as the gospel numerous times, however there is always new revelation and wisdom to be gained.

Tonight I spent a little time in Chapter 3, and verse 8 particularly jumped out at me. This verse and revelation blessed me and I want to share it with you 🤍

Matthew 3:8: “Prove by the way you live that you have repented of your sins and turned to God.”

➡️ There’s evidence in your lifestyle. Your lifestyle matters. Your lifestyle reveals what fruit you are bearing. Your lifestyle reveals…

Our lifestyle should reflect Jesus Christ, it should reflect that we have repented of our sins and turned to Him. When we gave our lives to Him— we become new Creatures in Christ. Since we are NOW New creatures in Christ, our walk, our talk, our habits— Our Lifestyle should be a reflection of that 🤍

I thank the Holy Spirit for allowing this verse to jump out at me and the wisdom He gave me from it.

Ask yourself: Does my lifestyle reflect Christ? Does my lifestyle prove [give substance to, demonstrate, attest ] that I have repented of my sins and truly devoted + surrendered my life to Him? by @jadaasimoneeee

21 candles for my baby sister 🎂✨

My 9/11 baby. From being my assistant at just 17 years old to watching you blossom into the beautiful, smart, confident young lady you are today… whew, I’m so proud of you. 🥹

I’ve gotten to watch you grow up right before my eyes, and it’s truly one of my favorite things. Before we know it, you’ll be graduating from college and stepping into an even bigger chapter of your life. I already know you’re going to do amazing things!

I hope you always know how much I love you, believe in you, and will forever be rooting for you🥂 by @jadaasimoneeee

lots of God moments in july. reminders that He hears and sees me

was meditating on Ecclesiastes + John and one thing that stood out is nothing really matters lol. Christ is King and the only thing that really matters and is eternal. All else is temporary.
