🌹💕
To have had you with me through every stage of my life has given me an appreciation for you like no other. I thank you, Memaw, for picking me. For favoring me. For pushing me toward my purpose. For loving me in every version of myself.

You were my best friend.
You were my peace.
You were my steady in every storm.

I don’t know what the days ahead look like anymore. I don’t know what life looks like without being able to reach for you. But I know I will spend those days remembering how deeply you cared for me, how safe you made me feel, and how blessed I was to be loved by you.

I thank God for 23 years of you being mine, & 92 years you journeyed the Earth, doing the lords work & teaching women how to be courageous in ministry. You are my queen. 🕊️👑 by @jadaenj
