A roadtrip stop in Atlanta, done entirely the right way ✨

If you need me, I’ll be thinking about my stay @forthatlanta on repeat. Checked in late, knocked out my skincare, headed straight to bed, and woke up to a slow morning with coffee in bed. From there, I hit their incredible social and wellness club gym — because will I book a hotel just for a gym? Absolutely.

After grabbing a bite at Elektra, I loved seeing just how walkable the hotel is for getting those 10k steps in. I strolled the Beltline, popped into Ponce City Market, and stopped for a solo wine tasting at 3 Parks Wine Shop.

I wrapped up my stay with golden hour wine by the pool and a deeply relaxing massage. FORTH completely mastered the art of hospitality, design, and effortless luxury. Can I move in yet? 🤍

Saturday is for resetting. ✨

In my opinion, there is no better feeling than slowing down for a restorative stretch session after a long week of crushing workouts — bc mixing in a @barrys Abs & Ass class while also completing two lower body workouts @biomefittampa was no joke.

Clean eating all summer long 🌱

Salad of the day is:
• Fresh Greens
• Cucumbers
• Carrots
• Cherry Tomatoes
• Red Onions
• Avocado
• Micro Greens
• Sardines
• Dressing of the juice from the can of sardines (olive oil) and limeee 🍋‍🟩

Easiest meal ever but perfect for hot summer days. I’m always surprised by how full a salad will leave me. 🫢

A mall receipt will never give you a core memory like this. 🥺

I was heading out of Miami Beach when I met @raysi2 and saw her amazing little setup. Instead of just picking a size off a rack, we had the sweetest moment—her helping me try everything on, laughing through my broken Spanish, and genuinely connecting over her beautiful work.

Every single one of these crochet cover-ups is handmade, unique, and carries so much hard work. Buying from an artisan isn’t just about the outfit (even though the pieces are stunning); it’s about the human connection.

I’d choose this over a department store anyyyy day of the week. ✨

Proof that the right energy always attracts your tribe. ✨

People loveeeee to say Miami is a hard place to make genuine connections, but it really all comes down to mindset if you ask me. If you show up with an open heart, a smile, and zero expectations other than to enjoy the day, the right friendships just naturally fall into place.

When you stop stressing about *finding* friends and just focus on enjoying your life—while letting others enjoy theirs—the right people just naturally gravitate toward you.

The world becomes a whole lot smaller and friendlier when you do. Blessed to have met the sweetest girls at a lesson tonight! 🤍🎾
