1/2 work yesterday. I wasn't feeling too great. I guess it's just a lot of emotions coming up. I don't really like myself all that much when I'm like this. But all that means is change is coming. Out With The Old bbgrl

2/2 right after a hot girl workout. I noticed how disconnected and stiff my body is. Cant tell if it's age or if it's overall overwhelming stagnation, maybe a combo of both. I'm grateful to even have a body to move.

I've gone so long without doing any self care I forgot how to do it. Trying though. I haven't had a drink or a cigarette for like 50 days or so. Pretty easy once you ask yourself why you were doing that from the start. And once you ask yourself that question, you can unlock the Pandora's box of the bullshit you have become. And now you get to figure all that out.

Maybe this isn't the way to feel normal at all, so far it's sucked. I've been trying to care for myself more and reconnect to some sense of self. I guess I'm just trying to find love in myself and for myself.
