To me: Jade Azariah I am so proud of you! You had this thought at sixteen years old to be a hairstylist and it became your reality! So then when you got to college you said that wasn’t enough and decided to go to cosmetology school all while being a freshman at wssu. You finished up hair school and took your state board exam a year later…. BUT YOU PASSED IT GIRL! Everything that was thrown your way GOT BLOCKED and you’ve officially been in business three whole years now. I love you girl and God favored you🩷

To my business: TheNdustrie you have taught me more than enough. Teaching me that’s it’s not always about the hustle but about character development. How will you act when clients cancel on you? How will you act when they are not satisfied with their hair? How will you react when you’re not even proud of your own self? So I thank you for molding and shaping me into the BOSS I am today! I dedicated you to my brother and grandfather and sometimes I lose sight of why I do what I do but every single day those two men and God remind me why I need to be the hairstylist that I am.

To God & The ONLY Messiah: Can I start off by saying sorry to you? I doubted the plan you put into my head not even believing you would bring me this far…
But I thank you! I thank you God for carrying me, I thank you God for pushing me, I thank you for God for choosing me, I thank you God for the plan, I thank you God for the vision, I thank you God for my destiny, and I thank you God for keeping me!

Happy 3 years to me & my business!!! We did it Y’ALL🩷

p.s: it is reported that “small businesses” normally shut down at year three, but not me though because ain’t nothing small about what I do.

I have officially been in business for three full years now and I am ecstatic!

Allow me to reintroduce myself,
Hello my name is Jade Azariah also known as “MissNdustrie”. I am a licensed professional and hairstylist. As of March 1st, 2021 I launched my business named “TheNdustrie” after my grandfather and brother.

I have attended cosmetology school and graduated with a License in Natural Hair Care (NHC). While attending cosmetology school I picked up a liking in Locs.

I now specialize in Locs offering services such as: Starter Locs, Retwist & Styling, Soft Locs, Butterfly Locs, Bohemian Locs, Invisible Locs, Infinity Locs, and Spring Twist.

I appreciate all of my clients, family members, and friends who have seen me through this journey. I am overwhelmed with the joy and support you all have given me!

Lastly, Thank you God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, for leadership, direction, and protection. May no weapon formed against me prosper! ♥️

I came to winston salem state university at the age of 16 knowing I wanted to help those who aren’t heard. Heard by their friends, family, loved ones. Those who are fighting an unseen battle, that can’t be explained or understood. I wanted to help those experiencing that so bad because I was going through it myself. Conquering depression was the biggest battles I’ve fought and to be completely transparent I thought I wasn’t going to win, but that’s where I learned I shouldn’t be the one fighting, but rely on the one who already has the VICTORY, God.

Leaving college now with a Bachelors of Social Work at the age of 20, I can say that I’ve learned, lost, fought, cried, but most of all prayed, prayed, and prayed. I thank Jesus Christ for listening when I didn’t feel heard, wiping the tears that no one heard drop, and defeating the enemy day by day. My biggest struggle was my thoughts, I’ve felt as if I couldn’t control them or that they were trying to take over me. Honestly never thought I would experience deliverance, but one day at a friends dorm she told me “you know you can be delivered from depression right? Logically depression is a thing you cannot “beat” and according to psychologists it’s something that just doesn’t go away, some will even say “make it your friend since you have to live it”.

But I know of a man, where demons TREMBLE at his name, a man who rose again on the THIRD day, a man who healed the blind, rose the dead, healed the sick, and a man who died for me so that I shall be saved.

So as I step into adulthood I give all glory and honor to Jesus Christ, for keeping me and carrying me. 🤍
