a little reminder... because this is way harder than I thought it would be <3

I’m starting to forget I even got rhabdo and heat exhaustion (which is a good thing) but the reality is, I’m still not 100% back & getting there is going to take a little more patience…

it’s frustrating, it’s uncomfortable, it’s slow :’)

BUT, I can’t wait to look back in a year and be proud I didn’t give up on this chapter! and reminding myself there really is no rush in this life 🤍

I train around people who are better than me. Faster. Stronger. More disciplined. That’s not intimidating it’s the whole point.

Sport does that to you. It puts you in a room full of people who refuse to be comfortable, and it forces you to ask what you’re actually capable of. You question yourself. You get uncomfortable. You grow…

Most days we’re just consuming, scrolling past everyone else’s life instead of building our own. As a creative, it’s rare to actually stop and make something that’s yours.

But being around people who push boundaries did something to me. Brought the spark back. Not for attention. Just to create. Just to give someone else a reason to start.
