The temptation to just stay face down on the bed was SO real today. 🛌
Tired is a state of mind... okay fine, it’s a physical reality when you have three kids. 🥱
But we still show up! Pajama push-ups for the win today because a home workout is better than no workout.
No fancy gym clothes required. Just discipline. Let’s get it, moms! 🔥

Between the endless chores, kid schedules, and zero downtime, finding a minute for myself used to feel impossible.
But I realized that 20 minutes in the living room between laundry loads counts. Moving my body whenever I can fit it in has completely changed everything. 3 kids at 33 and feeling stronger than ever.
Consistency over perfection, always.

Who needs a personal trainer when you have a tiny human who refuses to be left on the floor? 💪👶

Consistency

Before kids: Skinny fat, no muscle foundation, and afraid of heavy weights.
After 3 kids: Built, energized, and capable of chasing my little ones without wearing myself out (my son gets pissed I can beat him in a race/soccer..you name it 😉)
Your body is not ruined after pregnancy. It is ready for a new foundation. Let’s build it.

husband is on call, there are three kids to watch, and the laundry is piling up at home—so if I’m at the park, you better believe I’m getting my upside-down time in. 🤸 🛝

Building a powerful physique 💪 happens in the cracks of a chaotic schedule. Who says playground equipment is only for kids? 🤪🔥
Hit SAVE to remind yourself to move today, and drop a 🤸🏼‍♀️ if you’d try this!

Midweek fragments: holding onto the little moments (and the toddler? Baby 🥹) extra tight today. 🤍🍂
• The uniform: Flannel, spandex, and a messy bun.
• The fuel: Slow-cooker pot roast filling the house.
• The recovery: Cotton candy electrolytes at the park.
• The truth: Slide 9 knows what’s up.
Hope you’re taking care of your peace tonight. Hit SAVE if you need a reminder to prep your slow cooker this week! 🍲

You don’t need a gym membership to get in a workout….don’t even need any equipment..just some heavy items if you don’t have dumbbells (your kid/books/cans/jugs of water). 💪

I started off with nothing but bands and a yoga mat about 3 years ago after having my daughter and have progressed into weightlifting. I didn’t have time to go to a gym because I worked 2 jobs and have children and needed sleep. 😴
Building this version of myself didn’t happen overnight, but consistency between loads of laundry and snack time always adds up.

I haven’t had a real workout in a solid few weeks..but daily movement is a non-negotiable.

Walks. Squats. Lunges. Floor work. Core. So many things to do in between all of the things.

This time of year gets a little hard when it gets cold and dreary… seasonal depression hits.

Intentionally building a plan in self defense for the remainder of Q4

Too busy loving my life, my food, and my family to care about anything else 🤷‍♀️

If youre not motivated or just starting out, I recommend some floor exercises with body weight and or resistance bands. I started that way and got in incredible shape! @youtube - bff for any and all workout videos

I post my body because I like my body.

I know, what a scandal.
