Thought it was about time I did a little introduction post because there are SO many new faces here lately… 🥹❤️🖤
Firstly, THANK YOU. Whether you’ve been here from the beginning, followed me yesterday, like my posts, comment, share my stuff, message me or silently cheer me on — I appreciate every single one of you more than you know.
This page is basically a little bit of everything that makes me, ME. 😂

💪 Fitness & my journey

🖤 Alternative fashion, tattoos & all things weird
👗 Clothing, outfits & finding the confidence to express myself
🔥 Supporting and shouting about businesses and brands I genuinely love
🤣 And plenty of random, chaotic shit in between
I’m also lucky enough to be an ambassador for some amazing alternative clothing brands, and I bloody LOVE it. Fashion has become such a huge part of my life, and being able to support businesses online, share their clothing, create content for them and introduce you lot to brands I genuinely wear and love makes me so happy. 🖤
But alongside all of that, I’m also on a massive mission to raise awareness around women’s hormones. ❤️‍🔥
I spent far too many years not understanding what was happening to me, and I know there are still so many women out there feeling exactly the same.
I’m not an expert. I’m simply a woman sharing my experiences, what I’ve learned and all the things I wish someone had told me sooner.
So if you ever see one of my hormone posts and think “someone needs to see this” — please share it. 🙏🏼 Every single share helps that information reach another woman, and you genuinely never know who might need it that day.
And the same goes for the businesses I support — a like, comment, share, follow or purchase might seem tiny to you, but it can mean the absolute WORLD to the person behind that business. 🖤

And maybe that’s the point. 🖤

Some of the biggest changes in my life started with moments I never wanted, never planned for and definitely didn’t understand at the time.

Keep moving. Keep growing. One day you’ll look back and realise why you couldn’t stay where you were✨️

September was an absolute VIBE… and what a month it’s been for Reform & Revive 🩷🔥

Trying to talk seriously about women’s libido while the pre workout is still pre-workouting was… a choice 😂😭
