Postpartum Diaries No. 2 🤍
18 months postpartum, nurturing baby number 2 while learning to nurture my own body and mind, too.
Grateful for my body, all it has carried me through, and the reminder to give myself the same love and care I give to my babies. ✨ by @jademarriott94

🥹❤️ THIS is what it’s all about.
Tash has been training with me since 2021, and what a journey it’s been! 🫶🏼
From post-surgery rehabilitation, through pregnancy and postpartum, to getting wedding-ready, and now building strength as a mum, we’ve adapted, evolved and kept showing up through every season of life. 💪🏼✨
And now? She’s following her JM Coaching plan from home, with her littlest training partner joining in! 🥹👧🏼❤️
Because fitness doesn’t have to look perfect. It doesn’t have to mean hours away from your family. And it doesn’t have to stop when life gets busy.
It’s about finding a way to move your body, build strength, look after YOUR health and become the strongest, healthiest version of yourself 🤍
And if your little ones want to join in along the way? Even better. They’re watching you prioritise your health, build confidence and show them what looking after yourself looks like. 🫶🏼
So proud of you Tash and so grateful to have been part of your journey since 2021. ❤️

🤍 Real life, real results, and a routine that WORKS for you.
Meet Josie 🫶🏼
A busy working mum who’s been training with me through JM Online Coaching for over a year, navigating her postpartum journey and building a healthier lifestyle along the way.
One of the things she loves most? The flexibility to train from home, fit workouts around family life, and sometimes even have the little ones join in! 🥹🤍
Together, we’ve focused on building sustainable habits, finding consistency in the chaos, and creating a way of living that feels good, not restrictive.
And the best part? These are habits Josie wants to carry with her long into the future. ✨
You don’t need hours in the gym, a perfect routine, or to put your life on hold to prioritise yourself.
You just need a plan that fits YOUR life. 🤍
So proud of how far Josie has come, not just in her fitness, but in the healthy habits she’s built for herself and her family. 🫶🏼
JM Online Coaching is here to help you make fitness fit your life, not the other way around.

Vicky has been training with me since November 2021 💪🏼🤍

Over the years, we’ve trained together through so many different chapters of her life - in the lead-up to her wedding, throughout her pregnancy, postnatally and now as a busy working mum!
For the past few years, we’ve continued training online, adapting her sessions around her lifestyle, work commitments and family life.
And this is exactly what I love about coaching! Fitness isn’t about being able to show up at the gym at the same time every week or having the perfect routine. It’s about finding a way to stay consistent that works for YOU, whatever stage of life you’re in.
Vicky is proof that you don’t have to put your fitness goals on hold when life gets busy. You just need an approach that adapts with you!
I’m so proud of how far she’s come and love that we’ve been able to continue working together through all these milestones - showing that online coaching can be just as personal, supportive and effective as face-to-face training. 💻💪🏼

If you’re a busy mum, juggling work, family and everything in between, and want to prioritise your fitness without the pressure of getting to the gym, online coaching could be exactly what you need!

Drop me a message to find out how we can make training work for you. 💖

They’re watching me learn that being a mum doesn’t mean putting yourself last. It means showing them what it looks like to keep going. 🤍

My sessions are about so much more than just getting a workout in. 💪🏼
It’s about building confidence, feeling good, getting those reps in… and, of course, having a good old chin wag along the way! 😂
I genuinely care about every single one of my clients and love getting to know them on a personal level.
My client Tash has been training with me for over 5 years now, and I’d say we’ve pretty much mastered the art of squeezing a week’s worth of chatting into one session - all whilst still getting those legs burning! 🔥 by @jademarriott94
