My parents always told me their best friends came from college. But coming from a high school grade of 40 and landing at a university with 40,000 students, I figured there was no way I’d find friendships that lasted a lifetime.

I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Without the people I’ve met these past four years, I wouldn’t be headed to dental school, walking with my degree, or the person I am today. What started as a campus of strangers has now become a family I’ll carry with me wherever I go.
