I couldn’t find the help I needed when my hair was breaking. 💔

I tried everything every product, every “quick fix” and nothing worked.
No one could tell me why it was happening or how to actually fix it.
I just felt lost.

That’s exactly why I became a healthy hair specialist.
Because I don’t want anyone else to feel the way I did confused, upset, and out of ideas.

You know the one. Box dye at 11pm because you “just needed a change.”
A heat protectant you skipped “just this once.”
Scissors and a bathroom mirror because the ends “wouldn’t hurt to trim a bit.”

None of those felt like a big deal at the time. They just added up.

If you’ve got a friend who’s currently one “quick fix” away from a bigger problem, this is your sign to send it to her before she does the thing.

Her sides were snapped off and hair breakage everywhere.

She was so upset and wanted healthy hair so she booked her first appointment with me.

I hate to see hair breakage and I hate to see ladies so upset with their hair so I got to work.

She loved being blonde so I made sure using my healthy hair and education and techniques I could get her even brighter and still leave the salon with healthier hair.

She is on her healthy hair journey and I cannot wait to see her progress.

She is fed up of her grey stripe and colouring her hair.

That line where her old blonde meets her natural grey?
She couldn’t stand it.

And she definitely didn’t want bleach.
Or anything permanent on her hair.

So we didn’t do either.

Super conditioning toner.
Went on while I was doing her cut and blow dry.
An extra 20 minutes and that was it.

The bit I love most? It doesn’t grow out.
It fades.
So when she’s back in 6 weeks for her cut, there’s no new stripe waiting for her.
No harsh line. No hair breakage.

If you’re growing out your grey right now, you don’t have to put up with the stripe.
And you don’t have to sit in a salon chair for hours fixing it either.
Your hair can stay soft and healthy.

One visit, that’s all it took.

She’d fallen out of love with her hair.
All she did was tie it up.
Then she trusted me with the lot.

Her hair was feeling dry and her ends were thin and tired.
She just wanted it to feel like hers again.

And now look at her.

Super Healthy hair and free from hair breakage.

That flick in the mirror at the end?
That’s someone who’s done hiding her hair in a bobble 🥹

And she didn’t just leave with a new look.

This one’s going to save someone a lot of money.

How many treatments have you given up on because they did nothing?
Be honest.

If your hair’s dripping when that mask goes on, it’s already full of water.
Half your product is just sliding down the plughole.

Last Wednesday I explained this to a client of mine and guess what!

Same product, completely different result. Especially on dry damaged hair.

If your hair lives in a bobble because you can’t stand it down, this one’s for you.

That was her. First time ever in my chair.

She hated the colour. Hated the cut. All she did was tie it up.

So out came the colour book. We went through every shade she loved, then I asked what she actually wanted.

Real shape. Really healthy hair.

That’s where every healthy hair plan starts. Not with a brush. With a proper chat about how you want your hair to feel.

Then she looked at me and said, do what you want, Jade. She’d been watching my videos and trusted me with the lot.

No pressure then 😅

If you’ve ever done the school run looking like you’ve been dragged through a hedge backwards, this is for you.
I’m the same every single day.
Lunch boxes. Nursery. School.
My eldest crying in my arms because he didn’t want to go.
Then straight in to my first client with a smile on.
I never had a minute for me.
If that’s you right now, I just want you to know I see you.
The rushed mornings.
Getting everyone else sorted and forgetting yourself completely.
You haven’t let yourself go. You’ve just been busy looking after everyone else.

I used to be you, desperate for long hair sat in the chair watching inches fall on the floor.
Then going home and finding split ends anyway.

So it never grew. How could it?

This cut is the one I wish I’d had back then.
I go through your hair bit by bit.
Twist it, turn it, check it from every angle.
And I take the split ends off one by one.

Not a load of length. Just the damage.

Because leave one split in and it keeps travelling up the hair.
That’s how the hair breakage carries on, even after a big chop.

With me your length can stay.
The splits go.
And now your hair can actually grow.

With her hair breakage, she honestly thought she’d be too hard to help.
She’s in Ecuador
I’m in Tamworth England

Her hair fell out after she tried 7 or 8 different products to look after it.
So she stopped doing anything.
Even the hairdryer scared her.
If that’s where you are right now, I get it.
One video call. I looked properly at what was really causing her hair breakage and gave her a plan made for her hair.
Nobody else’s.
4 weeks later she messaged me on wash day.
No breaking.
Nothing falling out.
Swipe and read it in her own words.
She’s even using what she’s learnt with her daughters now.
Breaking the cycle, she said.
That’s what healthy hair should feel like.

Nearly every lady who sits in my chair says sorry before I’ve even picked up a comb.

Sorry it’s so thin. Sorry about the breakage. Sorry for the state of it.

And honestly? That breaks my heart a bit.

Because you’ve not done anything wrong.
You’ve spent the money.
Tried the product everyone’s raving about.
Then the next one.
