Happy Golden Birthday Bryson!

I truly don’t know how we got here so fast. Watching you grow from my tiny rainbow baby into the funny, wild, loving, determined, big-hearted boy you are today has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.

And somehow, this birthday feels even more special because you’re celebrating your Golden Birthday—a birthday that only comes once in a lifetime. It feels pretty fitting that a boy who has brought so much light into our lives gets a birthday this special.

You keep us laughing, keep us on our toes, and somehow make every day a little more chaotic and a whole lot more fun. You have the biggest personality, the biggest heart, and a spark that I hope you never lose.

I hope you always know just how loved you are, how proud I am to be your mom, and how lucky I feel that I get to watch you become exactly who you’re meant to be.

Keep being your silly, fearless, soccer-loving, Ronaldo-obsessed self. Chase your dreams, take up space, laugh loudly, love fiercely, and never let anyone convince you that your big personality is anything less than one of the things that makes you so special.

I love you more than you’ll ever know, and being your mom will always be one of the greatest gifts of my life. by @jadeperron8

A vacation full of memories, but one of the best was getting to watch my boys meet my uncle and aunt for the very first time. 🥹❤️ taken in Gatlinburg, Tennessee by @jadeperron8

Brayden,

6. You’re officially a big kid, but you’ll always be my baby.

You have a way of lighting up every room with your personality. You’ve taught me to see life through a different lens—to slow down, laugh louder, and find joy in the little things.

You may be a little sassy, but your heart is pure gold. Your love for music, musicals, and making people smile is one of my favorite things about you.

Never let anyone dim your shine. Keep being unapologetically you, because the world is brighter with your light in it.

Happy Birthday, buddy. ❤️ by @jadeperron8

The boys may remember the big adventures, but I know they’ll remember something even more important: that their dad was always there.

Thank you for being their biggest fan, their role model, and their safe place.

Happy Father’s Day, Josh. We love you. 💙 by @jadeperron8

Math goals crushed. Reading goals crushed.

But hearing they’re kind, thoughtful, and loved by their teachers and friends? That’s the real win. 💙🥹 by @jadeperron8

Watching Bryson grow this year has been one of the proudest moments as a parent. 💙

Kids with ADHD are often seen as “busy,” “wild,” or constantly moving from one thing to the next — and for Bryson, everything can feel like a race. A race to finish first, move fastest, answer quickest, and get to the next thing before his brain slows down long enough to breathe.

But yesterday was such a powerful reminder of what happens when a child is truly understood. His teacher took the time to talk with him, encourage him to slow down, focus, and trust himself instead of rushing through. And he did exactly that. He slowed down, worked through the words, stayed focused, and met his reading benchmark independently at a Level J — an end-of-first-grade goal!

What may look “simple” to some people is actually HUGE for a child whose brain is constantly moving at full speed. This wasn’t just about reading. It was about confidence, self-control, perseverance, and realizing that he can thrive when given patience, understanding, and support.

I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher for Bryson this year. She sees the real Bryson — not just the “wild” Bryson. She sees his heart, his intelligence, his effort, and all the incredible things beneath the energy. Every child deserves someone who believes in them like that.

So unbelievably proud of you, buddy. Keep shining exactly as you are. 💙 by @jadeperron8
