Real transformations. Real women. Real life change. This is just a SMALL snapshot of the clients I’ve worked with but every single one tells a deeper story ❤️ Because this was never just about photos. Yes, their bodies changed… But more importantly they changed. ❤️ They stopped starting over. They stopped punishing their bodies. They stopped believing they were the problem. And instead? They built strength. They built confidence. They built a lifestyle they can actually maintain. ❤️ These results didn’t come from extremes or quick fixes. They came from consistency, support, and doing things properly. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to decide you’re ready. Ready to be next? Drop a 🔥 or DM me “NEXT” by @jadesimmonspro
This is me — I wasn’t supposed to be doing any of this. Watch till the end 😘 At 18, my lumbar spine was shattered in a horrific car accident. 👀 • I was resuscitated • Airlifted to hospital • Suffered brain damage • Now live with a spinal fusion And the left side of my body was paralysed. When I woke up, they told me I’d never move the same again. 😣 So obviously… I didn’t listen.💁🏻‍♀️ I had to relearn how to walk. Painful step by painful step. Every doctor, physio, and scan said: “Don’t lift.” “Don’t push.” “Don’t expect too much.” But every “can’t” became fuel to prove them wrong. Yes — I’m still in pain. Yes — I still have paralysis on my left side. Yes — chronic pain is part of my daily life. But it hasn’t stopped me. If anything, it’s made me stronger. A lot stronger. 💪🏼 There is no perfect life. There is no perfect way. There is only showing up — with the right support and guidance — and refusing to let your past decide your future. I was told I couldn’t. I proved them wrong. And now I help women do the same. 🥰 To feel strong. Capable. Confident. If you want to better yourself — the best time is now. Time is the one thing we don’t get back. And if you want support, structure, and someone in your corner… I’m here. 🔥 DM me “READY” and I’ll send you the first steps to start your transformation. by @jadesimmonspro
We’re just an ordinary couple… Doing some pretty extraordinary things. 💥 We met at 16. Been together since 2006. Married for 10 years. Dog parents. Business partners. Gym buddies. And the best kind of team — the one that’s been through everything together. I (Jade) spent years in rehab after a major back injury from a car accident in 2007. At first, I just wanted to be strong enough to move and take care of myself. That journey turned into something so much bigger — Helping other women feel strong in their own skin again. Dan battled Crohn’s and colitis in 2023 and was told to slow down… Instead, he rebuilt himself from the ground up — and found a whole new level of strength through bodybuilding. Together, we’ve coached thousands of people over the last 16 years. And we’re just getting started. 👊 We believe real strength doesn’t just change your body — it changes your life. If you’re ready to grow stronger — physically, mentally, and emotionally — you’re in the right place. 👇 Drop a 💪 in the comments if you’re here for it. Or DM “STRONG” if you’re ready to work with us. by @jadesimmonspro
BODYBUILDING PREP IS A VERY STRANGE EXPERIENCE. And the more I think about it, the more ridiculous it gets. You’re literally 10kg LIGHTER, yet somehow feel about 20kg HEAVIER. Make that make sense?! 😂 You spend the entire day with absolutely NO energy, dragging yourself around, counting down the hours until bedtime. Then 3AM comes around and suddenly you’re WIDE AWAKE. OH, FAB. 🙃 And then there’s the personality changes. 🙋🏼‍♀️ One minute you barely have the energy to string a sentence together, the next you’re reacting to something that really didn’t need a reaction. Which obviously isn’t the easiest thing for everyone around you to deal with. And by everyone, I mean my husband Dan. SORRY DAN. ❤️ Honestly, some of the things that happen during prep are just bizarre. And yet here I am, choosing to do it all over again because I genuinely LOVE bodybuilding. But let’s be clear, this is an extreme sport. Getting stage lean isn’t normal, and it’s certainly not something I’d recommend to the average person. BODYBUILDING PREP ISN’T NORMAL. AND I’M NOT GOING TO PRETEND IT IS. Any other competitors got some ridiculous prep experiences to add?! Because I KNOW there’s more. 👀 by @jadesimmonspro
HAPPY MONDAY! Sometimes a physique speaks for itself. 💁🏼‍♀️ But what you see is the result of all the hard work nobody sees. And this is exactly what I teach my clients. It’s not about quick fixes, extreme diets or chasing perfection. It’s about building habits, learning how to train properly, fuelling your body and creating a lifestyle you can actually sustain. Because changing your physique is one thing. Learning how to KEEP those results is another. And this is why I believe SUPPORT IS EVERYTHING. ❤️ Having a coach isn’t just about being given a training plan and told what to eat. It’s about having someone there to guide you, support you, make adjustments when life gets in the way and hold you accountable when you need it. I want my clients to understand WHY they’re doing things, not just follow instructions. Because the goal isn’t just to get results. It’s to build the knowledge, confidence and habits to KEEP them. THE WORK IS DONE WHEN NOBODY’S WATCHING. And eventually, the results speak for themselves. ❤️🔥 by @jadesimmonspro
IT’S HALLOWEEN WEEKEND, NOT AN ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT CHOCOLATE CHALLENGE. 😂🍫🎃 One chocolate bar isn’t going to ruin your progress. But one chocolate bar turning into 15 because you’ve decided you’ve already “ruined your diet”?! Yep, that happens! COME ON NOW. 🙄 Life is for enjoying, and YES, that includes chocolate! (I’ve just had some, IT’S ON MY PLAN!) But here’s my question… If you’re following a plan, WHY are you going off it? Was it planned chocolate? FAB. ENJOY IT! ❤️ Or did you just see a bowl of chocolate and suddenly forget every goal you’ve ever had? 💁🏼‍♀️ THERE’S A BIG DIFFERENCE. You don’t need to give up chocolate to change your body. You need to understand HOW to eat for your goals. And that’s exactly what I teach women over 30! ❤️ Want to change your physique WITHOUT giving up the foods you love? DM me or COMMENT - FIGURE and I’ll send you my FREE guide to getting started. 💪🏼❤️ by @jadesimmonspro
THE PROBLEM WITH BUILDING MUSCLE… YOU ALWAYS WANT MORE. 💁🏼‍♀️ And if that’s not you, then you’ve got to ask yourself WHY NOT?! I mean, I spent YEARS working towards a physique I love. And now I’ve got it, what do I want? MORE MUSCLE. 😂 Naaa, honestly, I think I’ve got enough for now! Might even need to downsize next year, but who knows! 😜 It’s actually hilarious because you spend so long chasing a goal, only to get there and move the goalposts again. LOL. But that’s bodybuilding! 💪🏼 There’s always something to improve, something to work on and another version of yourself to work towards. And no, I don’t think I’ll ever be finished. 😂❤️ And NO, I won’t be “relaxing” now I’ve built this physique. Why would I stop doing something I genuinely LOVE?! I LOVE THIS SHIT. 💪🏼❤️ Anyone else like this?! 😂 by @jadesimmonspro
THESE PHOTOS @shotsbyjaq_ ! 😍🔥 Training built this physique, but it’s the STRUCTURE and CONSISTENCY behind it that made it possible. Training hard is one thing. But getting your nutrition right, especially during the off-season, is a completely different ball game! You can train as hard as you like, but if you’re not fuelling your body properly, you’re limiting what you can build. The physique you see on stage is built LONG before prep starts. ❤️ by @jadesimmonspro
YOU KNOW WHAT YOU SHOULD REALLY BE SCARED OF THIS HALLOWEEN? 🎃👻 Not eating more food. But the fact you STILL can’t stick to anything long enough to see results. 💁🏼‍♀️ You don’t need another diet. You don’t need another workout you found online. And you certainly don’t need more AI-generated rubbish telling you what to do. 😂 You need STRUCTURE. You need SUPPORT. You need GUIDANCE. And you need a good bit of ACCOUNTABILITY. Because knowing what to do and actually DOING IT consistently are two very different things. And as a coach, I firmly believe I AM MY BUSINESS CARD. I don’t just tell people what to do. I live it. Coaching isn’t about making fancy videos or giving someone a meal plan and wishing them luck. It’s about understanding the person in front of you, knowing when to push, when to adjust and when they need someone in their corner. THAT is where the magic happens. And THAT is what my clients pay me for. ❤️ If you’re fed up with starting over, maybe it’s time you stopped trying to do it alone. DM me COACHING. 💪🏼 by @jadesimmonspro

THIS TIME TWO WEEKS AGO… Walking away as the PCA BRITISH PRO CHAMPION! One of the biggest things this whole journey has taught me is SELF BELIEF. Which I thought I had after last season, but if I’m being honest, there was still doubt there. 🫣 Being in a building phase can do that to you also. You spend months working on improving your physique without really seeing what you’ve built and getting bigger can hurt the brain lol. You can put in all the work, follow the plan and do everything you’re supposed to do, but you’ve also got to believe in what you’re capable of. And I think sometimes we forget just how much we can actually achieve. by @jadesimmonspro
NO STUPID ABS CIRCUITS WERE DONE HERE! No fancy, made-up exercises. No ridiculous 20-minute ab workouts. No trying to reinvent the wheel. Want to know what WAS done? LEG RAISES. ABDOMINAL CRUNCHES. AND LIFTING FUCKING HEAVY IN MY SESSIONS.💪🏼 Consistently. For YEARS. You don’t need 15 different exercises to build your abs. You need to get STRONGER, progressively challenge your muscles and give them time to recover. And remember, BUILDING ABS and SEEING ABS are two completely different things. Simple doesn’t mean easy. ❤️ @shotsbyjaq_ 📸 by @jadesimmonspro
