This is Mitch, one of the many terrifying men I love to draw. His body once belonged to a cop but now it’s been taken possession by a demon named Mitch who has to raise the kid the body belongs to due to a contractual obligation. The irony is that he’s nicer and has way better morals than before when the body was still human

Oh the early 2000’s. I never liked the fashion (and still don’t! chubby people vs. low cut jeans rise up) but! Very fun to draw

I wanna be a cowgirl baby

Two OC’s I made up one day. The person on top is an eligible young lady who grew up in a small fictional town in the American west. Her childhood best friend moved away and died due to familial obligations so she grew up to be a bitter and fiercely independent despite the limitations society puts on those who try to be. The person on the bottom is a stranger who’s arrived to town, the new mortician. He is quiet but polite, a bit dry once you get to know him. He’s also the lady’s childhood best friend who ‘died’- in actuality he transitioned to become the heir his family always wanted him to be and in order to pursue a more ‘masculine’ field of work. Finally when they ‘reunite’ (unbeknownst to the lady about who he is) shenanigans ensue of romantic and supernatural nature. This story will probably never see the light of day lol but I thought this comic was funny

Slides 4-9 are a comic I actually REALLY hope sees the light of day. I don’t want to say too much as this is an idea I need to keep close to my chest- but I wanted to share these rough pages of the Prologue. It’s called Clone World. Here’s the pitch:

In her junior year of High School, Sarah wakes up to find herself in a strange world where the sky is forever sunset and the creatures have no defined shape. Her last memory? Sneezing into a Petri dish during third period science. When she realizes she isn’t alone, Sarah discovers the horrifying truth that she’s somehow come to be inside of her science project with another version of her just as confused. Generations later, the Sarahbellum is created, a society of Sarah clones who go about their day trying to be the best Sarah they can be. At least, most of them are trying. Not everyone is content living in the Sarahbellum and under the rule of Sarahism. One Sarah in particular has to ask herself the world-altering question: in a world of you and only you, who by @jadestbell

I don’t usually do this. I have always felt far too embarrassed to share this much of myself publicly. Even as I write this I’m trying desperately not to cringe inwardly and just save this as a draft. But I’m not gonna do that so. I just want to put it out there; it feels really strange for me to say, but lately I’ve been feeling genuinely happy with my life as it currently is. The kind of happiness that chokes you in the middle of doing a mundane task because you realize how much you’re going to miss this. All of this. So much has happened recently and so much not so recently. My twenty seven years of living have been defined by failures and dull disappointments amongst fleeting moments of shine and yet- I couldn’t be prouder of myself now because of those failures. I’ve learned so much and have met so many new people and have fallen into the most beautiful kind of love.

Birthday song ₊˚⊹♡🎂

Every year since I turned 22 I write a song for my birthday. This year I got some help. The songs generally try to capture how I’m feeling on the day, or in general. It’s a message to myself I can look back on and a snapshot of who I am in that moment.
