Help ID this guy!! HE has maced at least three different people from his car, verbally accosted bicyclists, and ripped my phone out of my hand and threw it.... Listen closely and he also threatens to "throw" me to to the ground, and quickly followed by he "has every right to throw <my> phone".
He's big mad because we're either 1) observing the ice facility and 2) "fucking retarded protestors" who are regularly there exercising our 1st Amendment.
At the end of the video I tell him that the video will be uploaded automatically to YouTube. He responded with "Tell them your a fat ugly bitch!"
**HE LIVES IN ONE OF THE APARTMENTA RIGHT NEXT TO THE ICE FACILITY**
Car: 4 door, white Toyota Camry with stock hubcaps. Gray, plastic covering on liscense plate that makes it hard to read plate #.
His description: approx 5' 8" - 5' 10". Brown, curly hair. Spray tan. Questionable puffer coat and flip flop styling choices. Wears a man purse across his chest with brass zipper, probably plether. Used a phone with a pink cell phone cover. Was wearing black sweatpants, black T-shirt and black puffer coat with the chest purse... Which I believe was to cover up the possible "spy" camera he had attached to his shirt.

Tomorrow Saturday September 26th there will be a gathering outside of the Moda center in Portland, OR. Long story short: the Billionaire that owns the Blazers is playing hardball and "threatening" to leave the Rose city is the City refuses to foot the Owner's demanded $800 MILLION renovations.
....and the city is about to bend the knee against Portlander's wishes.

Portland Police department once again blatantly playing favorites and supporting MAGA. Melissa pepper sprays a woman who walks up to her. The woman has her arms crossed and shows no threat. Melissa responds by bear macing the woman.
The spicy mist from the spray drifts back into Melissa's comrades and affects Shayne / groound0. Tommy and Melissa, friends of Shayne, show little concern for their friend's condition as he coughs up the bear spray.
May this kind of friendship never find me.
