I have some exciting news, I will be releasing a book on the Mental health side of Basketball in 5 days, Wednesday May 7th This book will be a deep dive, into your mind, how to deal with yourself, coaches, teammates, peers, parents, everything, I spent 1 year making this book, as an ex professional hooper and university coach, ive been in every situation you can think of from both sides, if you’re tired of overthinking/ second guessing yourself this is for you.Here is a little sneak peak of how 5 months changed the course of my div 1 career, your life can change in a year, this game is 90% mental, get your mind right, your game will follow 💯💯 by @jadoncoheehoops

I dont think you guys understand how competitive it is at the next level, d1, d2 d3 usports ccaa etc you have to be such a dog to make it. Been Mia here for the last month, truth is Getting back into real shape after losing 47 pounds and 2 major surgeries last year has been one of the hardest challenges of my life, im back hooping which is such a blessing, probably another 2/4 months until im back in real shape…Ive been documenting my journey back, excited to share what ive been doing in the next few weeks here. This time last year I was preparing for my first surgery to remove a tumour out of my throat. I never thought I get to this level basketball again, I’m not playing professionally, but I can still go, so I thought why not start a series documenting my men’s league we’re playing against college players, pros and ex pros.
