Not perfect. Never claimed to be.
But quitting? That was never an option.

I’ll learn, adjust, rebuild and keep moving every single time.

Progress over perfection. Always.

My name’s Jae Pierce, and I’m not just selling homes—I’m building legacies.

I specialize in luxury real estate and investment properties across Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the East Valley, helping clients turn vision into value.
Proudly based out of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Scottsdale, I’ve been licensed since 2019 and have closed over $75 million in sales.

When I’m not negotiating deals, I’m spending time with my family, exploring high-end cigar lounges, or scouting neighborhoods just for fun (yes, even on my days off).

Real Estate Emotions: From Stress to Gratitude in One Day.

I share a story about the intense emotional rollercoaster of residential real estate, contrasting it with commercial deals. I talk about guiding clients through their emotions, the rewarding feeling when they express gratitude, and how a positive mindset can transform a tough day. I also mention balancing work with family time for a daddy-daughter dance.

Yes, I know it’s AI. 😂
But a commercial is a commercial… and if Batman can have a cinematic universe, so can a real estate advisor.

This is what happens when luxury real estate, storytelling, and a little technology get in the same room.

Welcome to the next chapter of Jae Pierce + The Advisory.

Real estate is changing. Marketing should too.

And yes… I’m absolutely counting this as my commercial. 🎬😂

This feels like a strong “pilot episode energy” intro, so I’d lean into the fact that the name sounds like real estate… but the conversations are bigger than the house.

“Plot twist: The Open House isn’t just about houses. 😂

It’s where real estate, business, culture, money, life, and the conversations people usually save for after the showing all get a seat at the table.

Consider this your official invitation in.

No shoe covers required. 😎
