Words can’t describe how much love I have for them, thinking about it makes me want to cry. I don’t even know where I would be without this team to be completely honest. This is a bond that can never be broken, replaced or lost. Each one of these girls I have so much love for and always will. From the baby freshmen, to the seniors I grew up with. I have never been close with anybody like this in my life let alone a whole group of people. They aren’t even my teammates, I love them like my mom birthed every single one of them. My Sisters. Coming into basketball season, I was battling mental battles and heavily doubting self confidence. They pulled me out of it and made me believe I’m my best self at all times, and to never stop believing in myself. They’ve never once stop believing in me, and I owe them the world for it. I truly wish I could’ve done more for them. From picking me up from non basketball problems to mental battles on the court, I couldn’t be more thankful and blessed to be in the same lifetime with this group of girls. The endless memories, life long friendships, staying at team dinners till 10pm, locker room dance battles. I wish everyone can find a team like mine… just not MINE. With that being said.
