Goals, friendships, rehab, gym and motivation! 💪🏼

That’s what true friendship is all about — pushing each other to be better, supporting each other through the tough days, celebrating every little victory and reminding each other never to give up.

It’s about showing up, even when things get hard, and being each other’s biggest cheerleader. One step, one workout and one goal at a time. 🏋🏼‍♀️🔥

Stronger together, always! Love you Friend, thank you for always being my rock and keep me motivated

SNEAK PEAK DECOR By @lotuseventsdecor

A SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT TO LOTUS EVENTS

Shannon, my beaut, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! 🥹❤️ My kitchen tea was a bit of chaos behind the scenes, and while I was juggling work and a million things, you stepped in and said, “Janette, calm down, I’ve got you!” 🫶🏻

You took care of my decor and flowers with so much love, kindness and passion, making my special day even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Thank you for your support, your beautiful heart and for going above and beyond for me! 🌸

To anyone planning a wedding, birthday or special event, Lotus Events is your girl! She listens to your vision, understands your heart and turns your dreams into something beautiful.

Thank you for loving me and making my kitchen tea extra special, Shannon! You are an absolute gem! 🥂

A little self-care, a little self-love, and a whole lot of gratitude.

After what has been a rough couple of weeks, visiting Asteria Aesthetics for an amazing facial and restocking my favourite skincare essentials from Résa.K Skin Science was exactly what my heart and skin needed.

Sometimes, we get so caught up in life, looking after everyone else and dealing with everything that comes our way, that we forget to pour a little love back into ourselves. Today was a beautiful reminder that it’s okay to pause, breathe, and simply be a woman who deserves a little care, pampering and love.

With my wedding day getting closer, we’re officially in my bridal era, and making sure my skin is glowing and wedding-ready is part of the journey! 👰🏼‍♀️

And because October is Breast Cancer Awareness 🎀Month, I want to remind every woman reading this: PLEASE take care of yourself. Check your breasts regularly, get to know what is normal for your body, and don’t ignore any changes. Keep up with your screenings and seek medical advice if something doesn’t feel right. Early detection matters. 🎀

Ladies, please remember that taking care of yourself is NOT selfish. You matter. Your health matters. Your happiness matters. You cannot pour from an empty cup, and you deserve the same love and attention you so freely give to everyone else.

A heartfelt thank you to @asteriaaesthetics and @resakskinscience for looking after me, making me feel beautiful, and giving me a little moment to breathe and reconnect with myself. Thank you for taking care of my skin and making me feel special. 🫶🏼

Here’s to glowing skin, healthier women, a little more self-love, and remembering that we deserve to feel good in our own skin.
