Insight moment from a conversation recently:

This is life. It’s not all about victories, but you’re still in the fight.

Remember your victories from the past, and use every loss as motivation to try again.

Defeat belongs to the brave, but surrender belongs to the weak.

A business quite similar to mine says:

Stay average or stay PRIMED.

The journey is great when you travel with people, but also when you meet people on the way

Sunday we get gut checked!

To all who have trained, challenge themselves to do something huge, gotten injured along the way ,spent beyond their means with the hope of treating, doing this in memory or support of someone or yourself.... This is encouragement!

Absolutely Send ITT !!!!

1 week ago, here is what happened:

We added to St.Lucian history !
We got behind someone's ambitious idea and committed ourselves to making it a shared St.Lucian vision to reality
We showed a Lucian collective push will and can overcome even the most gritty odds and has more impact than any one individual achievement.
We once again rallied behind a wholesome cause

Most importantly, we showed that was only the tip of the iceberg!

This momentum will not be lost in aftermath of Sunday 30th August 2026

We now continue to remember that the final boss has always been MT. Everest!
To summit and to return down!

I, once again need you, the people, to answer the call! Help us make History once again!

Moments during the Iyanola 100 😂

Chosieul was having its way with me! Heavy exhaustion, seeing things that aren't really there and not being able to walk in a straight line!
Oh the things we do for the love of the journey!
Wouldn't change a thing though of that day, one of the best in my life!

Jordan Arthur Florenville has conquered the 176.5-kilometre Iyanola 100 ultramarathon around Saint Lucia, completing the gruelling challenge in 35 hours with the support of friends, family and his community from Point Du Cap to Cape Moule a Chique.

But for Florenville, this is only the beginning. He is using the achievement as a stepping stone towards an even bigger goal - becoming the first Saint Lucian to reach the top of Mount Everest.
