Proud dad moment, Mason shot his first ever deer tonight. He’s hunted hard the last few years and was finally able to connect with one this evening. Congratulations bud!

Another one down for Team Victory! @dennis.hensley got it done on a beautiful morning in the turkey woods. The spring streak keeps rolling.

Down to the bottom of the 9th, but we’re still plugging away as a team until the final day of season.

When everything comes together and they put on a show, this tom gave this @avianxofficial decoy a severe beating. He even managed to stick his spurs through the decoy’s back. #victoryoutdoors #kingsofspring #huntinglife #turkeyhunting #iowa taken in Iowa by @jagcalls

Avian X brought him in nice and close… and the Xpedition bow finished it with an epic head shot. 🦃🏹

That’s turkey hunting at its finest — full commit, close range, and one clean shot.

What do you think happened next? 👀🦃

One longbeard already down… and the second tom still absolutely unloading on the Avian-X decoy like he didn’t get the memo. When they commit this hard, things can happen FAST.

Moments like this are why we live for spring turkey season — pure chaos, drumming, wings flapping, and adrenaline through the roof.

Sometimes the best hunts happen after the first shot. 🔥

The bird was fired up, but just wouldn’t close the distance. Every gobble shook the timber so hard you could feel it in your chest. No trigger pull, no tailgate photo — just one of those mornings that reminds you what chasing spring birds is really all about. The anticipation, the chess match, the adrenaline with every thunderous gobble getting closer… only to get pulled away by the group of hens he was with. That’s turkey hunting. That’s why we keep coming back.

Some mornings don’t go as planned… this one turned into a tailgate with one hard-earned longbeard. 🦃🔥

Early alarms, soaked boots, fired up gobbles, and a hunt that finally all came together. There’s nothing like standing around the tailgate replaying every second of the morning after putting your hands on a mature spring bird.

The Kings of Spring made us work for this one, but that’s what makes it worth it.

Eventful day with a couple close calls as Emerson and Aaron work to pinpoint a few fired-up birds for the morning hunt. With roost locations locked in, the plan is set. Now it’s all about slipping in before daylight and seeing if they can capitalize on a gobbler that’s right where they expect him to be. Will the strategy pay off when the sun comes up?

Three longbeards locked in on the Avian-X decoy and absolutely putting on a show… feathers flying, drums rolling, and the woods about to erupt. Moments later the Thompson/Center laid the hammer down.

When a setup comes together like this, there’s not much that can go wrong. Spring mornings in the turkey woods just hit different.
