What a blessing it is to guide so many people back home to their bodies.

Thank you to all those who have moved with me — to all those who have allowed themselves to move emotions, traumas, and sensations through their body with such trust and vulnerability.

My intention is to continue facilitating spaces where people can use their body as a tool for healing, freedom, and transformation 🧚‍♂️

Who wants to join the movement?! by @jahmielynn

This Sunday we’re diving deep. Brain, Meet Body is an opportunity to introduce the noise of the mind to the quiet wisdom of your body. To melt tension, free stuck emotions, and rediscover your natural flow.

Together, we’ll deepen the relationship we have with our own body, creating the freedom and safety within ourselves to deepen our relationships with others.

Movement led by @jahmielynn and breathwork led by @jasminemason_ ✨

Comment BODY if you want to live freely and get more out of life by living from your body by @jahmielynn

10/29/25
one year ago, I arrived in Kauai for the first time.

@marquettefw and I just open to the magic with nothing but a car booked.

now, one year later, I live here. for how long? who knows. with what plan? not one. the most important thing for me was hearing the call and actually LISTENING.

I answered.

normally I wouldn’t (up until now). I’d talk myself out of the energy and into the logistics and I’d keep myself stuck.

not anymore :)

so cheers to a year of moving with the energy. to many more 🥂 by @jahmielynn

There are billions of people on this planet, not a single one of them is you.

And yet, how much of our lives do we spend trying to be like everyone else?

Trying to fit in. To be accepted. To avoid judgment or rejection.

We learn to quiet certain parts of ourselves, hide others, and become who we think we need to be in order to belong.

But what if the very things we’re hiding are the things the world needs from us?

You don’t have to earn your belonging. You’re already here.

And maybe one of the greatest things we can do in this lifetime is get to know ourselves so deeply, and love what we find so fully, that we feel free to express ALL of who we are.

Not just in theory. In how we actually live.

This is some of the work we do at Insight Seminars. Not just talking about who we really are, but creating experiences that allow us to discover it for ourselves and be courageous enough to share it with the world. by @jahmielynn

Man, we’re so quick to want more,
get after it,
chase success.

But how often to we just freaking bask in the glory of the life that’s available to us HERE and NOW because of all we’ve done in all the moments before this one to get us here so we can enjoy it.

Can you guess what it is?? 👀 by @jahmielynn

Everyone always asks me how I feel ok traveling alone.

“Aren’t you scared?” “What if something happens?”

And I respond by sharing the tools I use to trust myself, trust my inner guide, and know that I am safe.

Many of these tools I learned at Insight Seminars and you have access to them too! Stay tuned for the next seminar in your area! by @jahmielynn

Should I be worried about this?
Or, could I choose relaxation, peace, enjoying my experience?
